Subway is a joke. Used to be my favorite great service quick and friendly. Specialized in the 599 foot-long now the only place I go to is Carusos if I am going to pay $13 for a sandwich it’s definitely not going to be a Subway sandwich. The fact that they send out coupons from the phone and to your house but don’t honor any coupons is pointless and kind of rude. Thanks for the mustard sandwich so good
I used to work at this exact location and I’ve never messed up the sandwiches this bad this will be the fifth time my sandwich’s have been messed up ordering from your online app I’m very disappointed and know the staff here can do better
Don't plan on using coupons here they refuse them. Received a sheet of them in the mail and tried to use them when getting lunch.
Wow! I spent $42! For 2 people! How does x2 ft longs an x2 drinks come out to $42!
Ordered melt sandwiches, both wrong missing 3 of the 5 items they were nice enough to fix it. 2nd try, failed also. Still missing items on sandwiches. The last 4 out of 5 orders have been wrong with something or just missing completely. Won't try again.

My family and I came in around 645 on a Sunday and there was only one lady working, a huge line behind us. She killed it. Super fast, 100% efficient, extremely kind, we loved her. She said the store was slow right before we came in and they made her send the other worker home. This lady definitely deserves a raise and some kudos!! I wish I had her name but she was so amazing, only worker at 7pm at the liberty lake location on 09/05/21.
Went here last night with the fiancé and it was so good! Nice young lady made our sandwiches and was so kind. Store was nice and cool for a hot summer day and relatively clean. Will be going back for sure!
