Best Customer Service I’ve Had In A Subway So Far , Mims Was Very Respectful And Fast. DEFINITELY Need A Raise
One of the few subways that have pizza. (Loop 20/clark). Subs are always delicious.

My salad is always on deck!! And they know what kind of salad I like and i dont have to tell them any thing and all employees are awesome!!
Great food, nice atmosphere
Very bad customer service! I am very infuriated with the 2 employees at this location who served my DISABLED mother! My mother went to this subway after a doctors appointment and had ordered and was ready to pay when she wanted to add another 2 subs, just pay, she wasn’t expecting them to make it before the customers in line, my mother was willing to wait for the line again. 1 female employee got upset and gave attitude saying if my mom wanted 2 other subs she should have had her order ready before she went, my mother was shocked and asked for a supervisor/manager, another female employee came and said no they will not get anyone, so my mother asked for the first females name to file a complaint and the employee said she is not allowed to give it, my mother asked the 2nd employee and she said no and for my mother to get out and goodbye. This was today 01/21/2022 around 3:30pm
First time this happens, but girls there were very careless and inattentive today. Only reason why I'm rating it 4 stars.
Nice and clean location right next to a target. The gentleman inside was polite and patient. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was perfect, not old and tough.
