I ordered a steak and cheese today from the subway on 3rd st … I had door dashed it due to me being at work for a 10 hour shift . As you can see I ordered extra cheese and received no cheese and I definitely didn’t ask for jalapeños which there was more than a hand full of in just a 6inch portion of my foot long … I’m pregnant and really sensitive to spice right now so would definitely prefer to have what I ordered … went from the best subway in town to the worst.
It’d been a day, shoot, it’s been a year and I started thinking maybe I’ve earned a sub or a salad or something. A nice big fat subway salad sounded amazing, I’m not gonna lie. Opened the app to hopefully see some combination that sounded really good. Spotted a buy one get one footlong deal and realized I had an even more difficult decision to make. That’d be which subs should I get, knowing I’ll eat a half tonight and I’d need to choose something else that’d keep well till tomorrow. Went for a steak sub a with veggies oil and vinegar for tonight, and a dry BLT for tomorrow. And a raspberry white chocolate cookie for good measure, because I’m never going to get two whole days worth of food for ten bucks again right lol?! Anyway I get there and literally the nicest subway guy literally ever, said I had a bunch of those cookies left so I threw some more in there for you. I have to say, after my day, it literally made it about a bajillion time’s better!! I’m all for random acts of kindness. Doing good for no reason is how I would like to live each day, even when mine has been a little more difficult. Which I hadn’t today, but his kindness woke me up and I knew I needed to do better. My steak sub was perfection. I would imagine the BLT was equally as good. I ended up giving that to a friend who has also been going through it. Even though I squished it with a box of something I was bringing by tonight. I mean who would say no to someone telling you I’m bringing you a subway BLT in the middle of the night, swished or not?! Literally nobody I know would refuse!! And, she got some cookies too because of the generosity of the nicest subway guy that’s ever worked at the subway on third st in Laramie!! I ate almost the whole steak sub, and usually I don’t make it past half, it was that good. The perfect amount of veggies all equally placed throughout the sandwich. Not too much or too little oil and vinegar. If you read this review, go do something kind for anyone who may or may not need it
The absolute worst customer service and they don’t pay attention. I spent $25 and expected my order to be correct. The dude was so rude, slammed the window and shook his head in disgust because I ordered 12 cookies. They got my sandwich wrong and my wives sandwich wrong. Then we called the restaurant and they hung up on us because I’m assuming we were too much of a Karen for them. Do better SubWay
Good food!!! Fresh and healthy. And I love that they made their sandwiches available as salads. Although their bread is delicious.
I ordered a Buffalo chicken sub and did not get the correct sandwich. I am very upset as this is not the first time this has happened
Poor customer service, the little girl behind the counter obviously doesn't like her job and rolling of the eyes at customers . No smiles no greeting of the customer. The Manager or the other employees couldn't mention the promotion of what they are selling said item, and when I asked for said promo a minute after paying I was denied and was told I needed to buy two more subs to get my free sub. When I called to speak to the manager, the manager told me they don't need to tell you about the promotion because it's already posted outside on the billboard and the employees aren't or couldn't be trained to infrom you about the deal and they couldn't do anything about it.
What a terrible sub shop🤣 EVERYONE there obviously hates their job, they always have attitude about any little thing. I went in to get a sub at 8:50- they close at 9:00. I’m pregnant and only crave this so I had to come before they closed. The employees were extremely inconvenienced and acted rude towards me and the guy that came before me. I was walking out of the shop at 8:57 and they had all the lights turned off already and were telling a grandpa and his granddaughter that were still eating at their table that they needed to leave 😅 absolutely horrendous and the workers should be beyond embarrassed. Guess not everyone is cut out to work at a sub shop 😭🤣
I got my favorite. Italian BMT on flat bread with fresh mozzarella, spinach, & tomatoes. I have my mustard at home. Stone ground with horseradish and garlic. Absolutely delicious. The crew is always friendly & helpful.
