Such awful service today. It took almost 40 minutes to complete our order for 5 sandwiches. One person managing the sandwiches and cash register and one person "restocking" it does not take that long to slice some tomatoes. Everyone is going as slow as possible. Person in back took their time going and getting their lunch from Walmart and then was seen multiple times on their phone rather than replenishing everything that's missing in the refrigerated display. Everyone was miserable and no one knows how to roll a wrap correctly. There was food and sauce everywhere. Pickles, onion and lettuce in with the avocados. I've never been so bummed about the service here. It's usually fantastic- but this was unacceptable.
We've been here twice now where the workers take their sweet time and we just came back in to get sandwiches and had the same sandwich artist. He took his time. The produce containers have frost covering them we asked for fresh spinach and fresh onions because of this and was told he didnt have any right now. Very disappointed.
I've been in at lunch time several times over the last few months. The lady that works there v stands and talks instead of multitasking to be more efficient. On two occasions she made me late to work because she chose to have a five minute conversation with the person front of me. Every time she talks about quitting but she's still always there making things go very slow.
Service is real good very polite high school kids that work there. Would be nice though if they weren't so picky on making the sub though. For example when you want extra vegetables they put maybe one or two more extra pieces on but not enough that's my only complaint other than that five stars
This Subway always goes above and beyond. I had called all the other local Subways in search of cookies and they baked me two dozen by request. When I arrived the cookies were still warm and melted in my mouth. I will be returning to this Subway from now on. They win over the other ones in town 100%.
The employees never seem happy to work here, rushy and rude even when no one else is in line. Apprently the 3 veggies for a 6in and 6 for a foot long doesn't apply. I always have to ask more or take off less, I'd rather just come behind the counter and make it myself.
Jada is insanely rude and unprofessional. Got an attitude and was angry about having to do her job, did not greet us, did not listen to what we ordered, and was rude the entire time. Continued to make our sandwiches wrong and refused to fix the mistakes.
