My husband ordered a pizza sub for me. Upon arrival at home, I opened it up and it was soggy and loaded with so much sauce that it was borderline soup. He took it back and asked if they could remake it. He could barely get the words out of his mouth before a rude employee shut him down quickly and responded by telling him he would have to repay for it. When I was told this, I called the store and asked the girl who answered if I could get managements phone number. She got loud and said I could come up there the next day and talk to them. She would not give me any kind of contact for complaint. And argued over the phone yelling over me, telling me I should have asked for light sauce. I am a repeat customer who never has to ask for light sauce because I never need to when it is made right. She then hung up on me. So I drove to the store to get her name. She got hostile and started threatening to call the police. I then attempted to take a picture of her to show management when I could speak with them the next day. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a subway, and I will not be returning if this girl is not reprimanded for her behavior. You do not treat or speak to customers that way. She needs to lose her job. Attached is the only image I was able to get, since she was dodging the photo.

The girl that was there tonight was by her self and she did a phenomenal job! The ingredients were fresh and looked like they came off of the tv! I usually go to the other location but this one was closer to my house and I didn't feel like going on the other side of town and I'm glad cause it's the best subway experience I've had in a while 😋

Subway is always excellent. He fixed our sandwiches perfect. He was friendly.

Was very happy I stopped here for a late night supper. Although it was almost closing time the girls working was very nice and social. And for once when asking for my "special made" sandwich it was done right the first time and tasted awesome!

I went to grab lunch; however, because someone didn't order enough stock - they had a sign up (see below) that said they were NOT honoring coupons. Now what does that have to do with selling what you do have in stock is beyond me! So, I left without making a purchase.

I ordered online for the first time. I click customize my sandwich. I asked for tomato, onion, green pepper, and olives. I get it with lettuce, spinach, and cucumbers too. I hate iceberg lettuce and cucumbers. I had to remove both just to eat it then I barely had any veggies left.

Refuse to honor national coupons. Understand its up to store but really

My Subway experience, the Store at Hwy 341 and Sunset Blvd, was "Excellent ". I needed a Party Tray for tonight. The Young Gentleman called his Manager and asked if he could fill the order. The answer was yes. He made up the Party Tray, packaged it nicely. I thanked him and gave him a nice tip. The Subway on Hwy 301/US 341 had to have 24 hour pre-order. I don't need a Tray tomorrow.
