Employees are straight GARBAGE, especially management. Paid $30 for the photos shown...double meat and double veggies...there wasn't enough protein on them to fill a child. Called and was given a hard time over the phone, she kept asking if we had eaten the product after I told her no several times and that we would bring them back. She said she couldn't remake them and would need the receipt. I told her it was the online order which she pulled up and saw what we had paid for. She said she wouldn't remake the sandwiches until we got there with the original ones. On the 15 minute drive back to the restaurant we decided we would just get a refund and go somewhere else. When we got to the drive thru a manager was there and we were told they had already remade the subs and therefore we could not get a refund. She then slammed the window shut on us and walked off. Her daughter was there and decided she was an employee and put her two cents in. Why were we told they weren't going to be made until we arrived with the original order and a proof of purchase? Needless to say we called and disputed the charge and will be refunded that way. Incompetency at its finest. Stay in school kids.

Ordered a Meatball sub and it didn’t taste right, the texture was off. They gave me a replacement and it still didn’t taste right. Asked for a different sandwich all together and was told no

Great service from Alexis. She was the only employee working today at lunch time. She was extremely busy. Please give her a raise and get her some help. She is a gem. Never complained.

It was delicious server was very sweet i need my sandwich cut a siren way and he had no problem taken to the time to cut it up 😋 but they need to up date the building 😁

Tables were all dirty. Vegetables looked horrible: some tomato slices were frozen, lettuce brown, no onions, no black olives, no bell pepper. Missing a lot of ingredients. Overall, the place looked dirty and disorganized.

It is GOD AWFUL THERE!!!! The last time I went around 3-4 weeks ago, the employees (all kids might I add), were singing and talking so loud I couldn’t even hear myself think. They told us they were practicing for the talent show at school…. It was so bad. My bread, that I didn’t get heated nor toasted was so hard it was like eating styrofoam. It literally crackled and crumbled like two pieces of styrofoam. The place is dirty, the employees are lazy and slow and they have NO idea what they’re doing. The place is run by kids. I have absolutely not a clue in the world as to how this subway is still up and running.

The service is soooooooooooo slow! I just sat in line at drive thru for 30 min. If I haven’t just had service on my foot I would have went inside but it is no faster!

Was very disappointed. They had very little meat for subs. Like no meat balls, no steak, etc. Walked in, walked out, and probably won't be going back.
