My daughter and I visited from out of town and were treated very respectfully and courteously by two of the workers. However, the manager on duty was either having a bad day or is normally not too pleasant to her other employees as well as customers. There was an intense disagreement between another customer and the manager which ended in the police being called (by the manager). Basically, it boiled down to the manager’s continuous rude manner that had been pointed out by the customer. Sometimes, you just have to admit when you’re wrong and let it go. We left agreeing with the customer. I will say, throughout this 20+ min ordeal, the other two workers remained calm and professional - great job on their part!! 👏👏

Ordered a #8 sub for tye first time. It was chicken with garlic aeoli. All was good. When I watched other customers come in they were treated with kindness and respect. I will go back there again.

Hard dry bread that is the size of a hot dog bun (and not even the kind I wanted). No sauce. Hardly any veggies (not that they would have fit on this tiny bread anyways). This should have never been served.

Hats off to the two young ladies working the north store this past week in the evening, i was very impressed. The Veggies were very fresh and things looked clean, and the young ladies making our sandwiches were dressed appropriately, had such great attitudes, they were fast, efficient and generous with portions of the toppings on our subs. I have had some interesting experiences and some rather unfortunate ones too at this same subways store, but they will keep me coming back again and again... thank-you!!!

Sub was great and the sandwich artist was friendly and efficient.

These employees were hopping! They took care of the walk-ins, the call-ins and the drive-thru during lunch rush and were friendly and did a great job. I'd go back again

If I could do a zero I would. Bread smashed, sandwiches tasted terrible which is hard to do when they make it in front of you. Having worked in subway chains there were several red flags..

The blue haired Karen (I presume) behind the counter acted like she was ready to quit with every request. Sorry Karen I didn’t mean to interrupt your session, again I’m assuming. The other employee put a few things on my sandwich before Karen came back with the spinach I requested. Apparently they only keep some of the veggies on display now? I have never seen such an mumbled tantrum like when she made a point of it to throw the bin in the coolers. What a *****!!!
