My experience at this subway was great the first time the second time on 8/11/23 it was very unsatisfactory. The older gentleman that was making the sandwiches is very rude. He speaks with an accent so it’s difficult to understand him at times and when you don’t hear what he say the first time he gets upset he’s in a customer service environment. He needs to learn how to be more patient with people who may not understand him and respectful of people that are trying to understand his English. This was my second and very last time ever going to that Subway he may not lose one dollar for me not coming there but I will no longer be a customer there and I work right down the street from his restaurant. DO BETTER!!!!!!
A solid subway. I've been coming here for the past 4 years. Employee politeness varies depending on who you are interacting with, but overall, my flatbread subs are always good. They recently procured a new toaster!I have never ordered on the app, but I will get that perspective soon. Also, not the quickest process either.
By far the WORST subway I have ever visited. I arrived around 7pm and there was a sign on the door that said “Closed for 35 mins for a deep cleaning” even tho we was already waiting for almost an hour. After complaining a young girl finally turned on the lights and opened the door with a attitude when we went inside there were people (clearly the girls friends) hanging around inside and the place was still dirty so I doubt they were in there doing any cleaning. As soon as we left out the girl turned the lights back off and locked the door (her friends was still inside) and then before we could even pull off another young dude walked up and knocked on the door, they kept the lights off but unlocked the door and let him in then locked it behind them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were in there smoking and drinking because they surely wasn’t working. Whoever runs this place seriously needs to hire new staff. I would not return to this location & if I could give it ZERO stars instead of 1, I would. Actually I would give it a negative 3 because it was just that bad!
The food is still good but this location has become trash. For the last couple of months they haven't had diet Coke so if you get a meal you're required to have calories in your drink. The Ladies room hasn't worked in over a month. They started funneling us into the men's room recently and when I went there about 12 hours ago that was broken also. And the previous trip I went in and use the coupon the man charged me for something I didn't get so I had to wait around to be refunded I told him I had a coupon for just the sandwich that's what I want I bought my drink at Dollar tree and he charged me for chicks and I was like no that is not what I ordered and you did not hand me chips I was not holding chips there was no chips involved in my order I actually had a coupon for specifically a six-inch sub. It's just always a problem there now which sucks because it's the nearest fast food place to my house I like going there when I walk to Dollar tree from time to time. I've gone there since I was a kid they have really gone downhill lately I don't even think it's legal for an eating establishment to not have a bathroom. Yet both of them are now just labeled as out of order!
Why have a phone if no one likes to answer it I’m so reporting this store. It’s nasty inside everyone is rude.
Stood in line while the “worker” was behind the glass. Didn’t even look at me or greet. Just eyes glued to his phone the whole time. Unbelievable.
By far the worst Subway I’ve been to. I work near the area and there isn’t much to choose from. For the last month their oven hasn’t been working and it appears that they have no desire to fix or replace it. Makes it a bit difficult to sell a hot sub without an oven, doesn’t it? 🙄. Despite the inconvenience, I ordered a 12” Boss. It comes with meatballs, pepperoni & mozzarella. I attempted to use a coupon I had for a 12” sub. On the coupon, it states which subs did not apply. My sub was not on that list. Anyway, the clerk stated that she can accept the coupon but had to charge extra for the cheese and pepperoni. Tell me why the sun came out to be the exact price that it normally is! I personally think this is horrible service all around. I will not will not go here again. 😒
The man behind the register was so rude and nasty. He talked to the customers, so rude and nasty. Poor customer service on their part. That was my first time there, and my last time.
