Your staff is rude and needs to be reconsidered. And the manager and company customer service in general has horrible communication. Going on 3 weeks now, no response after requesting to get a refund for a situation that is well within reason to receive a refund. I suggest you take some time to reconsider the way you run things and who you hire for staff. No response on Facebook, no response until a week later from customer service, no response two weeks later from the store manager.
Restaurant said it was open, ordered on the app, order was confirmed. I watched the app say it was received, building, and ready. When it was ready I drove to the restaurant and all the lights were off and door was locked. Called and did not get an answer. Not sure why the app and Google both said the store was open when it was not. There was no sign on the door saying it was closed or be back soon.
Very quiet in the Hooksett store. I ordered ham & cheese sub. Meat portion was great but managed to get 6 pickels a little lettuce fair amount of cheese & tomatoes. Bread did not seem fresh as it could have been, more like day old. No thank you or have a good day.
Got there at 6:40. There were 2 people in front of me and I was told that they close at 7:00 and probably wouldn’t be able to get to me. Meanwhile one of the employees was counting drinks in the cooler… to the franchise owner: you have forever lost my business for running such a poorly managed operations
Went to subway in Hooksett today in the Shaws Plaza. The service was exceptional. Sha'tell made perfects subs and the rolls were fresh and tasty. She has excellent customer service skills and because of this were surely will return. Thank you Sha'tell!
This Subway is smaller than others but has plenty of parking. My sandwich was made well and they could handle my text deal. Looked clean. I have been there multiple times. Update: Thursday afternoon, October 2021; Ordered online with a offer from Subway. My order was ready by the time I arrived and was made the way I requested. Sub looks smaller than usual, but, I haven't been to a Subway in awhile. Dine in and curbside pickup available.
Only subway in ~5 miles to have meatballs the day i went in. Was the best damn meatball marinara I've ever had. Tipped 30% because of how great the service was.
Placed an order last week, the entire order was wrong only got one of the two sandwiches I ordered and the one I received was wrong. Tried calling repeatedly line is always busy service couldn’t have been any worse, really disappointed.
