A great place to stop in for a bite to eat. Coming to the establishment you're welcomed by a friendly employee. The establishment is kept clean and the food looks fresh as well. Jake provided a great experience and overall good customer service. He goes above and beyond to ensure you're happy with your meal. 💪
The staff are nice one time I got out of a bike crash and they gave me bandages
Was critical of the employee training initially, but after some research the staffing issues were largely part of poor management, not the fault of the location itself. Great food, low prices, and people that have officially turned the corner for fast food excellence
Came in in the morning, new employee and she is awesome, had a customer in front of me that was kinda making her feel very uncomfortable seemed like he was very unpleasant and very rude towards her, but she kept her cool and she did wonderfully. She had everything prepped and ready to go so I don’t know what the deal was with some people coming in around 9:00 expecting prep to be done, so again, very pleased with my visit. This was 6 days go.
Okay I’m not a big fan of subway because I don’t really like all the vegetables but not bad food customer service and good location. But you guys gotta make your meatballs without dairy because I love meatball subs but I can’t get them here unfortunately and also if you could add vegan cheese that would make a huge difference as well Overall not bad but please add those things cause I can’t eat much here that I like
Great service and great food! They take coupons and won’t even hesitate not to take it. They remind me of my great aunt sally. Sweet and very social. I prefer salty though. A lot of zest tho. So like 11/10
Have had some good experiences at this location, but on my last visit I took my son for his favorite breakfast only to be frustrated. They had been open a full hour when we walked in and the place was staffed by a brand new employee and she was the only one there. She seemed a little overwhelmed, lacked knowledge of basic menu items and many items were not prepped or stocked yet. Wanted hash browns, she only had a couple in the prep table, didn't know how many came in an order, (the menu on the wall didn't say either), where to find more, etc. One of our favorite sub sauces/condiments she had never heard of, didn't have it on the prep table and couldn't find it anywhere. Our subs received a very skimpy amount of bacon - I don't know if this was her lack of knowledge, or a new policy at the store (everything seems to be getting skimpier). Then I am glad I had enough cash, because she couldn't get the register to accept credit cards. We were the only ones in the place and apparently the first customer of the day and not in a hurry. Owner needs to do better training and use better judgement.
Such a clean store. Lots of seating room. And who doesn't love the smell of that fresh bread? Haven't had any issues with my orders. Good staff
