We ordered four subs online tonight (a Thursday night). When I picked it up there was not a single other customer or order being worked on, and my order was just being packaged up. The timing was great. What wasn’t great, was that not a single one of the four subs was correct. Two had the wrong bread, one was missing the sauces, one was missing the green peppers, one was missing the banana peppers. One was also toasted even though we had added a note not to toast it. Definitely won’t be ordering online again!

Never, ever go here. I've seen jet black, slimy spinach beyond recognition more than once and I got a sandwich that smelled like urine here. Workers probably call me the one who made the beeline for the door on several occasions haha rude but just protecting myself from food poisoning. If you don't wanna get sick, go somewhere else. Also one of the dudes that work here are sorta rude to begin with.

Ridiculous. Bad attitude, slow, can't be bothered. No pride, pathetic cheapskate. Let me count, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of roast, 2 slice of cucumber. Never again!!!

Filthy restaurant, service was even worse. I walked in and all three workers were sitting at the tables. Ordered a foot long turkey. All the scraps that fell onto the cutting board were placed back into the bins for the next customer instead of being discarded. I was rung up with a Tuna sandwich but ordered a Turkey. Swiped my gift card and was told it was declined. I told the worker that I just used the gift card the previous weekend and still had $15+ on it. I was told "The computer is never wrong. There is no money on it." I asked him to punch in the numbers because the computer is wrong and the swiper is not working. He said "No, there is no money on it." I paid with my credit card because I didn't want to be belittled any more. Rest room was out of order. I asked if I could wash my hands somewhere and was told no. I sat down at the table and found the tables to be dirty even though no customers where there although the employees were just sitting around at the dirty tables. I called the customer service number on the back of the card and sure enough $14.63 was on the card. I told the worker that "the computer was wrong". I asked for my receipt to call Subway corporate with my experience. He dug the receipt out of the trash, threw it at me, and helped the next customer wearing the same gloves he just rummaged through the trash with. Between the dirty tables, out of service bathroom, the unsanitary food conditions, and the dirty gloves digging through trash I lost my appetite, threw away my sandwich and went across the street to Brilla Coffee. I guess Subway corporate doesn't read reviews or they just don't care about keeping customers.

Oh man, I know it’s just subway and you shouldn’t expect much but this place is bad. They super skimp out on all the toppings, for one. But they’re just rude and wanna shoo you out and fast as possible. They just have no pride in their work. I know it’s just a sandwich but at least get the toppings on the actual sandwich. Shouldn’t be hard to mess up, but boy do they. The olives tasted funky and I’m pretty sure the ranch was expired.

Not sure how corporate hasn’t addressed their unprofessionalism, rudeness, lack of customer service, or failure to follow any protocols including something as simple as uniform. Makes you wonder what’s going on behind the scenes in regards to food safety and prep. Unannounced inspections should be made here so they can’t bamboozle the inspectors. Make the trip to another subway and don’t give these unappreciative robots your money.

They only ever seem to have white bread and the drink dispenser is always broken. I’ve never had an issue with the amount of toppings like others here, but there are definitely better Subways out there.

Overpriced and make sure you check your receipts to make sure you aren’t being charged for something more than what you ordered.
