Go to Jersey Mike's, Firehouse Sub or Public down the street for your sandwich. Place an online order at 11 for pick up at Noon and still wasted my lunch time waiting. On top of the the Bella Moz premium sub was supposed to have "Fresh mozzarella patty" like in the ad, it shredded mozzarella. Avoid this place at all cost.

Made an online order and when I got here the worker told me that he didn't know where the subs were. He said he didn't know if they were thrown away or they fell in the floor. I mean who says that to a customer. You're telling me you really lost two footling subs? Complete incompetence. He said he had multiple orders in the last little while. I think really he just hadn't even started on the subs considering that there was bread sitting on the counter saying that it wouldn't take him long to finish them. I'm so annoyed right now.

It was a customer in the store being very rude, but hat's off to the staff that was working that day, they really held it together and my sub was very good!!!!

made a pick up order and when i went to pick it up they said “are you the one with five sandwiches” and asked me why i needed five sandwiches??? i have a family

worst experience i have every had at a subway. I know good help is hard to find right now but I was highly dissatisfied with the whole encounter as a whole. Did an online order which tells them exactly what to put on my 3 sandwiches that were order and they were completely wrong. Also, from the time of online purchase it was 50 minutes till they completed making my sandwiches wrong.

Food was fresh and made efficiently and correctly. There was a very sweet and kind lady that was working alone. She was fast enough to keep up with the surge of customers that suddenly came in behind me though. Everything on the sandwich line looked and tasted fresh especially the Italian bread we chose.

Didn't get our bacon on the subs and live too far away to go back. Big mad

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I've visited this Subway many times in the past with no issues but stopped in to get a sub on my way home today. Young lady was very personable and efficient, however, half way through making my sub, she turned and sneezed toward the floor without any attempt to cover her sneeze or sneeze into her arm. Disgusting! She then continued on with my sub, without offering to start over, change gloves, etc. I proceeded to my car but after thinking about it, went back in the store and asked to have a new sub made. The young lady was still very cordial and replied "I sneezed at the floor". She seemed shocked when I told her how far her germs could travel. As much I as like Subway, I will not return to this location. Needs better management and better training for employees.
