This Subway is like a training Subway. There are new workers in there every other week and they never make the sandwiches right. I was in there today and my sandwich was a sloppy mess. I do realize that I get a lot on my sandwich, but this was ridiculous. The food taste okay, but they over toasted the bread. The end of it was burnt and hard. This Subway use to be great but now it is just okay.
Excellent customer service! Hot as blazes inside as the air conditioning was broken however the girl making subs was just as pleasant as she could be. I felt bad for her as just being in that heat there while my subs where being prepared made me feel ill.
Waiting for employee Betsey to finish up whatever she was doing on her phone she finally acknowledged me after about a minute of me staring and saying hello. Without even looking at me and without the hint of a smile she asked "what do you want" horrid start. But before helping me with my order she made sure to put her own music on her phone behind the counter. She was changing ice buckets with the same gloves she used to make my sub. I eat at subways all over the country and keep a loaded subway card at all times. This was by far the nasties service I've ever had. If you see Betsey working AVOID this location. Highly disappointed. I'm hoping the owner Edward Singleton does some retraining or retiring. This is the type of employee that singlehandedly runs businesses into the ground.
I'm a employee at this subway and we are under new management. Tonya or Betsie are no longer here!!! We have a great crew now I work hard to make sure all of our customers are happy!!! All food is made to order andwe make fresh bread every morning!! If there is something u think isn't right plz inform us and we will do whatever it takes to change it!!! Can't wait to see all our customers smiling faces!!!
Went into subway about a week ago and this heavier women (not sure her name) was working the counter she was the only one in there until about half way through one order she went out back screamed at 2 people in a car smoking. and they came in and started helping one of them did not wash her hands. Then the heavier set woman started to make my food well she cut her wrist and proceded to make my food her wrist was bleeding and she didn't even bother to change her gloves or the knife she was using. The bread looked like it had cancer (I'm guessing it wasn't cooked all the way) I could not eat the food when I returned home I wasted 20 something dollars on 2 footlong meals. Worst experience I've had at any restraunt. Being servsafe certified I should of reported this to the health department.
Shawn was very slow but it wasn't her fault. Tonya kept leaving her and going outside which was clearly frustrating for Shawn. She was very nice but customers were leaving bc it was so slow. Please fire Tonya
One employee clocked out without restocking the line which had our subway sandwiche maker heading off the line for every other ingredient. And continued to talk with her instead of waiting for her to help the customers. Food was not fresh. Spinach had entire dark slimy leaves, iceberg was browning.
We arrived late near to closing time. We were greeted warmly; sandwiches were made to order. Thanks
