Subway consistently builds the grinder upside down. That is, they build from the top of the bread and then use the bottom part as the cap. I don't know who started this. But they sure weren't from New England. Build the grinder correctly.

The food is (usually) good as one would normally expect from Subway however the customer service is LOUSY as others have noted. It always seems to be a hassle for employees to take the customers order which is just plain ridiculous. Its not as if it's rocket science to make a sandwich. Additionally, of all the visits we've made over time, quite often the bread (or other oddball ingredients) are in short supply at this location so it's almost a 50/50 chance that if you make the effort to visit, that you'll even be able to get what you want (AFTER suffering the snarky attitudes from those taking your order). Its a shame honestly. There are few spots locally in Hebron to grab a quick bite when you don't want to cook at home and I'm sure there are MANY other vendors out there that could quickly replace with improved customer service at minimum that actually want to be there!

Overall, I had an amazing experience! I usually don’t eat Subway but this time I decided to try it and it was amazing! The food was very delicious and the employees were all super friendly. I would definitely come here again. I surely recommend anyone who loves subs to come here!

Best Subway I’ve ever been to! The food was amazing as usual, and the customer service was great. All the staff were great, they were all very sweet and kind. 5/5 from me!

I love my little town Subway. We know all the kids who work here and most of them know our order on the spot since we're pretty much regulars and specific with our subs. It's nice to not have to always repeat the in depth order my son always gets. I always make sure to tip a little bigger here since these young adults work there butts off in here! Its always super clean and organized as well.

I ordered a caramel apple cookie and it did not look like the image there was way too much caramel making it far too sweet. It was terrible. The workers were extremely helpful and hygienic.

One of the better subways I've been to. They have a way of serving that keeps the line flowing. There is never a mix up with my sandwich, I get exactly what I want every time. All the workers are very nice.

Just placed an order online. Unfortunately, I missed the option to toast the subs. When I got to the order review screen, I tried to call right away. No answer. Tried to call a second time, no answer. Third time, someone finally picked up but put me on hold right away. When she came back on, she didn't even ask me how I could be helped but instead said, "I have a line of customers and online orders to fill so it would be best if you just came in to order". I then informed her that I had already placed an order but was calling to correct it. She didn't ask for my name or anything so I asked if she would like my name so she knew which one I was calling about since she said she had so many orders to fill. She said "Nope I have your receipt". Not appreciating the condescending tone in her voice, I said thanks and hung up. I get it, you're busy. Welcome to the world of food service. However, when a customer calls and you decide to automatically assume instead of ask how they can be helped, that's where I have a problem. Regardless, if I wanted to make a phone order, then I'll make a phone order. You can ASK me if I could possibly come in to order, but I'm paying you for my business, so I am not going to be told how I am going to give you that business. Edit on 4/7/17: Changed my review to 1 star. Husband walked in after a long night of us having things to do and we needed a quick dinner. Went in at 9:45pm when they close at 10pm. He was told that they had already cleaned everything and could not serve anything else. Now, I would never walk into a sit-down restaurant and order food 15 mins before closing, but this is a fast food restaurant. There is no reason that 15 mins before closing they cannot serve food. This location is awful and I wish we had more options for a quick bite here in town.
