Meh.... it's fast and it's edible. Some days it's not bad some I wonder why I go back. I reckon the convenience. Definitely not the Kilmarnock one. Update: The last time I went the young man squished the sandwich the opposite way so it was all messed up. The time before that the lady took her fingers and rammed the top in so the sandwich was like a pinwheel. Brown lettuce see through tomatoes. Today my sandwich was so soggy like it had water on it. I don't believe I'll be going back. I don't like posting negative things about local businesses but I'm hoping the owners or management will teach the staff to take pride in what they are doing. No matter if it's making a sandwich for someone or building a skyscraper let it be a positive impression you've made on people. It's your name too, not just Subway.
Never experienced such poor customer service at a subway every before. Firstly, there was no one at the subway counter let alone inside the store to serve any customers. I stood inside for 2-3 minutes waiting for someone to come out from the back room but instead a guy with dreads came in from a parked car right in front of the store who was working there. I started to order and he pulls out his phone and starts texting - assuming it was the other two girls who were also supposed to be working but saw them coming out of the same parked car that the guy did. The girls went on about how he shouldn’t have taken my order because I ordered more than 5 sandwiches and apparently the rule is that i should have called ahead for a “party order”. The fact that they were doing absolutely nothing and yet complaining about doing their job in front of a customer is pathetic. Their manager needs to reevaluate their employees because this was very disappointing and extremely disrespectful.

Came in 15 minutes before they were closing and the young girl told me they were closed because she's got things to do. I told them that's not how business works and she started panicking and crying 🙄. Then the gas station attendant asked me to leave so I asked for a manager number. She gave me a fake number and said go ahead nothing will come off it. Oh well, not the first time I've passed up on bad service from that same subway.

The "Subway girls" were very attentive and efficient. The Subway menu offers something for everyone. Vegetarian, kids, meat lovers and chicken. Always good to "Eat Fresh "
