I ordered a salad that had too much sauce and no shredded cheese. They did offer to remake it when I first got it and looked at it. I thought what the heck, try it. It was awful. On top of that, I ordered it on the mobile app so I wouldn't have to wait and when I came back to have them remake it, I ended up waiting in line for a good ten or twenty minutes. The help there doesn't take time to read orders. They rush through it. My subs have also had way too much sweet onion sauce making messy when I try to eat it. This will be the last time I eat from here.

My wife called to order a sub platter and the response by the male worker in the phone was “we don’t do that”. Which is a lie because we’ve ordered them many times. The female worker in the background responded with, “oh hell nah”, not very professional at all.

I used the online app to order and pay for my meal. I requested my sandwich to be toasted, the bread looked and tasted raw, the sandwich was sloppy, the meat had a horrible aftertaste and they were out of the drink and cookies I requested which happens very often. Very disappointed

Any customer that reads this. The woman that owns this place. She could careless what customers think. She has run Subway restaurant in the dirt in Hazlehurst Ga. She so called banned me cause I cussed her out on the phone. I wasn't even in Subway when I cussed her out. She don't care how Subway is runned as long She makes her money off of it. She lied to me she owes me money and shouldn't matter if it's a couple of dollars or less if I stold from her she would have the law arrest me. All she worried bout is going off having fun with her friends. I am way better she will ever be. At least I work for my money I don't steal customers money

Lady was mad we ordered 3 sandwiches she was alone and said she couldn’t do this she had online orders she needed to get to first other people had already walked out. I shouldn’t feel like I’m an inconvenience I’m willing to spend money here and they don’t respect the costumers.

Customer service sucked!!! The employees were extremely rude and were coughing everywhere, no5 washing their hands before gloving up to make food. I have a Pork allergy and asked that the guy make my food with different utensils and wash his hands to put fresh gloves on and was given straight attitude. I will NEVER to back to this location and for my first time going to this location from a whole different state this store makes all the other bad stores look great smh. They need to drug test their staff and reanalyze them as well.

Terrible! They don't deserve one star. My husband went there tonight and the lady asked if he wanted drinks. He told her yes. She proceeded to tell him she didn't recommend any fountain drinks. When asked if they had tea, she gave him a cup and said you can use this to try and see if it is any good. When he got home and tried to eat, the bread was falling apart and tasted terrible. I hate this place! It's not clean and the food isn't fresh. Someone needs to do something before someone gets sick. I'm placing a call to corporate tomorrow. This town has nothing but fast food and the only healthy place to eat is a complete disaster.

Just needs to start over, new employees, new policies.... working close by and we live subway so we're here pretty much everyday. Still attempting to get my sandwich made correctly... I thought placing ingredients evenly across a sandwich was a basic requirement. Some days the have "bring all your hick cousins to work day" very unprofessional location
