Went in around 8:20 on monday night, no one else was in the restaurant. Two workers were on the line preparing mobile orders, but no one said a word to us. After standing there for several minutes and no one acknowledging us, we decided to go to another subway.
The people working here are getting more and more lazy, going to swear this location off for good, ordered online recipt shows u ordered my sandwich with veggies, got absolutely no veggies! I mean how hard is it to read line items in order?
Literally just got done ordering my food here and they messed up twice already and made me cry all I said was I wanted two foot longs and they were exactly the same veggie for veggie condiment for condiment copycat of each other except the meats were different otherwise the same and they throw the first one away cuz I said oh just please add mustard and salt and pepper to that cuz you forgot the whole thing and then when I tell her what I wanted on it again she was why didn't you stop me from the throwing the first one away I didn't know you were going to throw it away and then the second one I'm allergic to onions and she puts onions on it and now I'm too scared to say anything cuz she got mad at me for her mistake not mine one star cross the board freaking ridiculous and rude
Very sad experience. The girl employee was so cruel to the people in front of me while i was ordering. You could tell he needed help understanding and she belittled him and made him feel so stupid. He asked for his meat to to be heated and not his bread and she was like “are you serious!?? So what do you mean!!?” It was so easy for her to do and she made it a huge deal. She was short with him the whole time and kept saying “HUH!?!” like just be patient and listen. Then when I got done with my sandwich I asked her to add mustard bc I forgot and she was about to close it and she ripped it back open and slammed the mustard on the counter like i asked her to remake the whole sandwich or something. I will not be going to subway anymore. POOR SERVICE AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.
For online orders, they let you stand in line while they make sandwiches, after 4 people, they looked up and asked online order? She goes it's over here. It sat so long it was like a soggy sponge. When my wife called that something was missing, she argued and was rude.
Don't waste your time spending your money here. A female (?) worker I wish I could call out has a major attitude. I won't be back dealing with that BS.
Military hater. Lived here in haysville all my life. Have always eaten here. I will NEVER come back. The young lady was rude all because i asked for a military discount. Upon asking she informs me they do infact offer it after giving me a dirty look and then says I'll need to use the reward card after i get home to register and be able to use the discount. I ask how can that be if the rewards card has nothing to do with military its a reward point system. Either you offer it or you dont. She then informs me that she actually just has no way in the system to give the discount. Contradicting the statement that they offer the military discount. At this point i let it go and inquire about a keychain she has asking if its from an anime. She says " ITS A COW, i like cows.." at this point i just took the L and left the store after paying. As i sit in the parking lot to eat my meal she continually looks out the glass after walking up to it to see what im doing? I will never eat here again. Permenently lost a haysville spender. Dont spend hard earned money here, and definitely dont support military haters. Look at my philly sandwhich.. clearly i should have asked for the discount after she made it. So she wouldnt have shorted me 😂 ..sad
Poorly managed and run. Allowed a lady behind us get rung up before us. Cashier couldn't figure money. Lady laughed when I made comment about getting rung up before us. No apologies from staff.
