What a great visit! Where do I start? Well with the lovely Sandwich Artist, of course. She was a real dish and served up a mean samich. She displayed unparalleled empathy and patience as she listened to our story and problems and also provided us wit psychiatric level advice. We left with a real happy ending I must say.

When they took the tiny piece of cheese and pulled it in half to make my sandwich, I asked why. They said Their manager doesn’t let them use the entire piece of cheese on my ham and cheese, only the bigger sandwiches. All I got was ham and cheese. This is a ridiculous way to treat customers.

Limit 5 subs per order. Anything over 5 considered catering and must place order 24 hours in advance. Plan on visting more than 1 subway if you have a large family.

Family operated, awesome service, they make ur food the way u want it,clean .fast service, and your definitely taken care of, mom treats her customers great

The young lady that took our order was on top of it's just nice to see some people taking their jobs seriously. This is the 28th of May 2023.

This Subway is SO MUCH better than it was a few years ago I felt like it was time I changed my review of them. I tried it again a few months ago while with some coworkers and was very impressed with the change. Obviously a change in management. It's been under construction / remodel so the atmosphere was a bit rough but the food and service have changed for the better.

This place can't get right. Everytime they mess up orders, and if you are unhappy about it, they don't care. They'd just assume ban you, as opposed to learning to do things right. What ever they serve you even if it wrong just smile and eat it, or else you'll have the sheriff called on you. Since the head manager doesnt seem to know how to teach kids how to do custoner service... 1. Listen 2. Sympathize 3. Offer solutions 4. Never insult the customer 5. Never complain about their attitide 6.acknowledge fault 7. If you can't satisfy lets someone else try 8. Ask the customer what they feel fair resolution is 9. Confirm that the customer is completely satisfied with the resolution to avoid bad online reviews. If employees just do steps 1 and 2 they will avoid escalating the customer. But hey not every manager should be running two restaurants. Especially when they havent proven they can do even 1 right. The manager not only does she not teach kids how to do customer service, but she refuses to talk to the customers who are upset because the kids didn't know how to do customer service. She's doing such a great job at teaching those kids that she's not even the willing to talk about her own failings.

They were using they're bare hands to prepare food in the back I could see them from the drive through
