Unfortunately I feel really bad for the workers their productivity levels and profits make it hard to keep workers there. They really do work hard and they've always been nice when I'm there but I barely go in there because I just feel bad honestly. They look so stressed out & overworked I don't wanna come in and add onto their struggle. I've worked at subway before so I know the struggle

Sat. Sept. 2nd was my first time visiting this location & the experience was horrific. My wife/daughter placed their order & I placed my order afterward. I ordered some add-on portion of rotisserie chicken as I've done for many of years at other franchised locations (Only Meat). The 2 staff members (supervisor/employee) were rude & combative & stated they would get fired if the owner discovered they honored my request. As a result, they stated my order should be placed differently to satisfy the owner. I declined.

Does not accept any coupons of any kind. The employee explained to me that the owner says if coupons are accepted then they would reduce the meats on the sandwiches. So she asked which I would prefer… using coupons for a little off the price or reducing the meat portion they put on your sandwich.

First, I am a business owner and have never formally complained about an employee from another business. Second, the last several times I have been in this restaurant I have not had a good experience. Today my son wanted to have lunch there , his choice to eat anywhere because he leaves for Basic Training on Monday. The manager, Ashley, was extremely rude right off the bat! He ordered a sandwich with bread, chicken and bacon, she added shredded cheese to it, when we said something about the cheese, she (with a very obvious attitude) said she could "just remake the whole thing", it wasn't WHAT she said, but HOW it was said. We let this slide and said we would take it as it was, thanked her and moved on. (All of the other girls working were extremely nice) After we paid I came back to the cashier to say I had accidentally ordered a large fountain drink by mistake and needed a Gatorade instead since my son is trying to stop drinking caffeine before leaving for Basic. Ashley, again with attitude said "I'll have to void the WHOLE ticket and re-ring everything" I offered to pay the difference if we owed more and she said, (AGAIN I cannot express that it isn't WHAT she said, BUT the attitude as she said it) "I cannot do it that way, the owner wants it done a certain way and I have to do it that way!" I told the cashier not to worry about it, that I would keep the drink and buy an additional Gatorade. I was becoming very frustrated. Ashely was still standing there when I came back with my card, I told her I was not trying to make her day difficult and I would just pay for another drink. This continued with her "explaining" the policy to me, AGAIN with ALOT of attitude! At this point, more frustrated, I told her she had a terrible attitude even from the beginning as we were ordering our food. I have never been treated this rudely in a restaurant, especially by a manager. The things we were asking for were not difficult and could have been handled easily with professionalism. Had it been my store I would not tolerate any of my employees treating a customer that way! I understand sometimes we all have bad days, which is why I do not normally complain, but she was over the top! She asked us to quickly eat and leave the store, we gathered our things and left immediately. I don't know that I will ever return!

Haven't had subway in awhile. Thought it would be good for a picnic at the lake with the kids. The staff was outside smoking when we got there. One walked in before we got out of the car. The second one walked in right in front of us and my 9 year old son spoke up about how rude she was because she didn't hold the door open. We had been driving for a couple of hours so we had to use the restroom. The men's door didn't lock. The women's toilet seat was covered with urine. Food- the bread was tough for some reason. I've never had subway bread you couldn't bite into. You kind of had to bite it and pull with your teeth to get it to break. I ended up pulling my filling out and eating it. The lettuce tasted bitter.

A young woman was by herself, but had the order done on time and was waiting on two in store customers. Pleasant and professional. A+++

Is this place ever open after 8:00 @ night. Every time I go before work there are workers there but they claim they are closed. I tell them the door says 9:00pm and they say yes we close at 8:45. So I went at 8:30 and they were closed again. This time they would not come to the door. They Just ignored me. Chairs were already up on the table and everything. I will try 8:15 tonight. They will probably be closed then too. This is ridiculous if the time on the door says 9:00pm then it should be 9pm. What a sorry way to run a business!!!!!!!

I think this establishment is clean and they no longer take coupons BUT there are TWO signs saying we don’t take them before you get to the register. Glad there is TWO signs that warn me before I tried to use them!
