We go hear often as we live right by it. They have a drive thru which is very convenient. It is rather small. The staff is normally always friendly. Sometimes out of things.
This is the best subway! Only once out of many trips here have they ever gotten a sub wrong. In fact, the sub artist actually told me how to order what I wanted to make it the most inexpensive for me. I usually only do drive thru, but have seen people inside. The Subway on Jefferson Davis hwy in Graniteville/Burnettown is the best!
theres always this one guy who has dark hair nd is very rude i ordered 2x and every time hes working its wrong and when i ask him to remake it he catches a attitude.
Staff is friendly and helpful, not stingy with toppings. Nothing bad to say!
The lady listened to exactly what we wanted and gave us exactly that very nice
Good food, got the order right, service was fast, but their employees seem to be careless about their attitudes. Most act like it’s a high school girls bathroom and sit there and giggle in the corner before serving the customer. And again, food was good so I’m giving it 3 stars, but for company’s sake I think you need to hire some other people who aren’t snarky brats that act like they run a kingdom.
I should have known what I was walking into when I saw I was the only black person in subway. I didn’t think too much of it because there were black people at the gas station next door. Anyway my experience was awful no one changed their gloves, meat was cold, very rude in their tone as if I was the problem. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak wrap with lettuce pickles cucumbers light onions and olives with chipotle sauce…. I got a sprinkle of everything and one scoop of meat spread out as if it was double meat…..Worst sandwich ever!!!!! I will never stop here again and I will definitely keep going to the subway on Robert Bell Pkwy because this one is not it for us. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN The girl at the gas station was sweet 😊
2nd time in 4 days having to complain about this location. I go here 3 to 4 times a week because it's close to my office. After today I will no longer be Goin back. This is the 2nd salad I have gotten and it was rediculous. I asked for spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, banana peppers, olives, cheese, dressing, and 2 scoops of tuna. Paying for double meat. Received salad and got back to my office and had little spinach with 2 tomatoes 3 cucumbers a dash of cheese and dressing. It was drenched in oil which I didn't ask for. I will be Going to a different location from now on.
