20 dollars for a basic sub is outrageous. Subway you are no Jersey Mike's. They cut meat to order. You don't have to ask for extra meat because you get it. Never again will they see my face. The greed is real. Didn't even get a bag of chips. So many other places I will go where I can get a proper sub with chips and a drink way less expensive then subway. Save your money and get fresh sub and sides for less then 20 bucks. Stop a Lyles Hoagies In Schenectady or Rotterdam you will get a decent sub with change to spare. I'm surprised this place hasn't gone out of business.

Just ordered 4 subs from here. Got a turkey and bacon sub on Flatbread. I open my sub and start eating. Thinking to myself that it tastes weird. Open the sub and look, literally not a single slice of turkey. Whats the point in ordering a sub if there is no meat??

Took my son out for lunch. Food wasn't bad . Staff was friendly and moved at a fast pace.

Ordered online on the app, decided to give subway a try, was in the mood for it after work. Went onto the app, tried to order a meatball sub (my personal fav) and this apparently was the only location within a 20 mile radius of my home that offers it outside of the “new” items on the menu that are a bit too above and beyond for my tastes. I usually prefer Johnstown; but the app won’t let me order just a meatball sub; wants me to order the “Steph Curry” sub just to get meatballs; no. The price gouging here is real, I’ve noticed the price for the same typical meatball sub I would order at the Johnstown location to be 4 dollars more. Typically just for the sub after tax it’s $8.81 at the Johnstown location; here it was $12.95. So I place the order, the food was right, but the sub wasn’t cut (?) which was odd to me; how do you not cut a sub after it’s made? Lastly, the staff barely acknowledged any customers in the store and acted like they didn’t want to be there. I get that you may not be overly excited about your job, but at least have a smile. Especially in customer service. If you really want subway, hit up the Johnstown location instead. Better than this by a long shot.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE THIEVES! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Ordered online on THEIR website. Order didn't go thru but my money did. They took my money but wouldn't honor the order because they claim they did not get it. Asked to talk to manager and somehow a manager or supervisor wasn't available and felt it was okay to leave a 17 yr old without knowledge on how to handle problems to be left in charge. This 17 year old then started to yell at me and be extremely rude. I just moved into a new place today and spent the last of my money for dinner for me and the kids. Didn't have anything in the fridge. Her response was "oh well". Worst service ever and they are very bold THIEVES. They wouldn't even try and rectify this situation. I'm considering reporting them to the BBB as well as the government on banking fraud for stealing my money.
