Went in with my 2 kids and got 2 meatball foot longs. We had to wait almost half an hour just for the meatballs to finish (ig they ran out right before we arrived). Food was delicious though. Prices were a bit outrageous though considering it was only 2 sandwiches.

For being busy because the other franchise was turning people away they handled the workload as best they could thank you.

Really nice people - working hard to make sure customers get what they want

Cheyenne is very fast and polite. The girl with colored braids, was super nice and helpful. However she went from cashiering to straight putting on a pair of gloves to help on the line. I've taken many food handlers classes in my lifetime to know that YOU MUST WASH YOUR HANDS BEFOR PUTTING ON GLOVES! ESPECIALLY AFTER HANDLING MONEY. I was told to drive the extra few miles to visit this location, and was pleased other than that.

This is the second time I ordered online and I didn't get I ordered. I work as a CNA in a nursing home so I know I can't eat my food right away. I don't order any tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, lettuce because it will turn mush.

Just visited this subway. I paid 17$ for a sandwich, a drink, and a bag of chips. I stood there and waited as one lonely work ran back and forth making sandwiches for a line out the door. For the record, she was doing an awesome job, but the staffing situation is a joke. The owner/operator of this establishment should be embarrassed. No wonder "people dont want to work."

Why is it so hard to get online orders correct? The extra bacon is in BOLD on the receipt. Pain $2.50 for bacon they didn't give me. Don't order online, go into the store and watch them make it.

Taste was fresh as the only good thing. My friend asked the lady at checkout and the last step to help filling his water bottle. But he was told they don't have water but he can go to the connected gas thifty store to fill instead, if he get their subway drink cup. My daughter said she wanted ice water so she was given a drink cup too. When I finished my whole order and was about to pay for my 2 6-in subs, I was told it's totally $17. I asked why and was told the two drink cups need to pay about $5, the man in the first order place came and said it's the cup you want so you'll have to pay. I said no, we just asked for water that every fast food store provide, but you don't have in your store, why do we end up paying for drinks? The lady should tell my friend that those drink cups are NOT free even if he get water! Then the man said he needs to run over the order again since my card was already charged but it only took 2 seconds to refund in the end. Plus, the lady forgot to add sauce finally so I got a bland sub.
