Whoever the girl and guy that was working shifts around 2:45 Aug 14 has absolutely no customer service skills. It does not take two people to make sandwiches for one person while another person waits. Wouldn't even acknowledge I was standing there waiting for them to take my order. Nope I didn't and wouldn't spend my money there. Don't like spending my money where I am not appreciated as a customer. Keep your dirty sandwiches. Was wiping the counters off wearing the same gloves you made the sandwich with anyway

No oven for over 2 months. Had to repeat over and over again of type of sandwich and what wanted on it. Don't waste your time, go to Macclenny 121 or. 228. Fabulous service and food

Management seems terrible. The lady that looked like the manager seemed to keep berating the employees. I’ve been coming here for months and when the teenage staff worked there it seemed like a nice environment. I enjoyed getting my sandwiches every other day. Looks like most of them quit since I haven’t seen them in a while. Subway at the journeys needs to do better. Better management means better environment which means better customer service. I can say I won’t be coming back until they get a new manager. This goes for the journeys AND subway.

I will NOT be back to this restaurant. I'm a truck driver, it's been my lunch spot every Tuesday for years. The past 2 months, it's been hit and miss. No meat, no lettuce, green tomatoes, and so on. New people behind the counter EVERY week. Today, no bread. I decided to try the flat bread. While I was waiting for the veggies to be put on the sandwich, there were flies crawling all over my unfinished sandwich. I walked out. Employees running around like there looking for Mickey Mouse, no organization. This place is disgusting. I'll have to find a different location to stop for lunch but you can rest assured, it won't be here.

My family went in around 6 pm SundayDec. 6th and ordered 3 sandwiches. There were 3 young girls working and I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. The girl making the sandwich left about a quarter of the sandwich empty and I noticed that it didn't have any thing on it before she even put thw cheese on, you would have thought that I told her she was ugly. She had a horrible attitude! My other problem is they were out of a lot of stuff. They didn't have meatballs so I couldn't get a pizza sub, they didn't have black olives, bell peppers, or pickles. The other 2 girls attitude wasn't much better but they didn't do anything directly rude. They just didn't smile or greet us or even say have a nice day. We will NEVER return to this Subway!!

The only problem I have with this place is THEIR FLIES... FLIES LAND ON YOUR SANDWICH AND THEN THEY THINK OR EXPECT YOU TO STILL GET IT (NOT) (Amanda shift lead) YOU EAT IT... MY NEXT STEP IS TO CALL THE HEALTH INSPECTOR BECAUSE THEY CAN DO BETTER WITH COVERING UP YOUR FOOD WHEN THEY WALK AWAY... THERE IS THIS ONE YOUNG LADY SHERRI, SHE DOES A GREAT JOB, SHE'S VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES.. I TRY TO GO WHEN SHE'S THERE

Was out of cold cut , ham and other meat. So out of 6 subs only 4 was ok. I didn’t ask for extra cheese on my sweet onion teriyaki but the loaded it with cheese that made me sick. I have never had this much of a problem. Cold cut is the only sub my husband likes.

2:25 pm on 1/13/2021 Alecia not wearing covid mask as she makes sandwiches. Health Department would not be ok with this and neither would the Subway corporate office.
