I made an order on-line and it was ready for me 10 minutes later when I picked it up. After arriving home, I was very disappointed when I opened the wrapper as you can see in the picture. Would you eat this? Would you wrap a sandwich like this thinking it was OK?

The kid you had working showed potential, but you need your managers to train them on everything. He didn’t know he was Supra to cut away from his hands. I taught him that then because he cut himself he didn’t know were the bandaids were kept. I also don’t think he knew that after cutting himself he should change out the knife for one that didn’t have blood on it. Don’t get me wrong I’m a manager at a restaurant I know how it’s is finding help but when you get good help as this kid seems to be I think your managers should train them in everything. Otherwise I love the location I’m a frequent customer but your training needs to be stepped up.

Made an online order that said it would be ready at 8:45. Pulled in at 8:40 all lights were off and doors were locked. My order was voided minutes before it was supposed to be picked up and they still charged my account. On top of that the last two times I went there, my order was wrong, disgusting, or so soggy I couldn't tell the difference between mayo and bread. Don't waste your time with this place.

Once again, no one there when they're supposed to be open. Place was locked up and open signs off around 5pm possibly earlier. No way to tell since we placed our order from home and went to pick it up. Prior to arriving, my wife and I placed an order online and their system took the order, still waiting on our refund. Tried calling the phone, no answer... Not to mention no way to transfer our order to another Subway, so had to place a second order in Oconto Falls to get our food. We will no longer go to this establishment after today. Instead, we'll take the time to drive to Oconto Falls where we know they're open when they're supposed to be... Something is majorly wrong with this place.

my son was just in and he ordered, a turkey sub, which he asked for Italian bread, turkey, provolone, and black olives. This person they had working there, maybe should listen to the customer. He had every kind of deli meat on his sandwich. I asked if he told her, and he said no, because there was a lot of older ladies behind him. Definitely will not be returning to this subway!!!

The staff are really nice and good customer service. The parking lot on the other hand is horrible running out places to park because the pot holes are that bad always seem to be, I worked there when they opened and the building is even going down hill, the owner really needs to fix that parking lot!

One star for the politeness of the employees, but after that it all goes downhill. This used to be a great place to eat, but my recent visits have proven very disappointing. If the GIANT POTHOLES in the parking lot don't pop your tires and tear off the entire under-carriage of your vehicle, the conditions inside will leave you disgusted and infuriated. They are always having issues with the central air, so it's hot and very uncomfortable inside. Rarely do the employees know what they're doing, but there's always new ones; seems they don't know how to keep the good ones. The food itself is hit and miss, more miss though. Other things to be aware of: stale or burned bread, old meats, wilted veggies, dirty tables and counters, and extremely slow service due to only one person working. Don't waste your time going here! Another Pat Buckley fail!

Subs were really good had the tuna and it tasted great as usual! Also got the rotisserie chicken never had before that was pretty good chicken was tender and like shredded chunks. Staff needed to let of some steam before severing us. By slamming around 🍞 pans. But everything was fine after that 😊.
