User Reviews

Bathroom was filthy. Sink in bathroom was filthy. Toilet too. I saw a footlong made with three pieces of cheese and four slices of tomatoes. Girl didn't know that number eight had bacon on it. Slow girl. Quick guy helped get us out of there.

Very friendly staff and the service was great. The store was very clean and organized. The bathroom was clean. The prices were reasonable. The meatball subs were awesome.

There were several workers there, but only one person was working the front. The people out back were told there are customers out front and ignored me. Only when their friend popped in did they come right up to help them. I wasn't even greeted, I was just asked, what do you want.

Friendly, put plenty jalapeños on my sandwich, and asked if I wanted cookies.

Gardiner maine subway has always been the one I use for the reason I live close by. It has its ups and downs like most chain restaurants. It does usually come out fairly well even tho it is usually someone new working when I go . I just recently tried the smoky steak habanero wrap and was very impressed.. good job subway. Good job

Every time we order our sandwiches the bread is always hard.

If Subway doesn't have fresh produce or meat products to make subs then, common sense suggest you close the shop. The subs I ordered "online" were not made the way I wanted them because Subway ran out of the ingredients to make that sub but yet I had to pay full price for a family of five because of their incompetence and failure to contact! Are you getting this management? Apparently not and not surprised that is the way that it is because of poor management and leadership skills. Take the money first and screw the customer. Enjoy my review, it stays up until Subway management replies. My Google reviews go a long way so enjoy it.

Purchased two 6 inch sandwiches and two small bags of chips was charged over $16 with a sales tax of 8% ,eating yet we ate on the way ,in our car. Also. Staff seemed to take care of online orders before us in store customers ...we had a wait of 10 plus minutes. And finally our bread was not fresh and made poorly ( throwing together with too much dressing. Our experience with the Gardner lotion. You may have better service and food at your visit here . Will not be returning.
