🥹like i just wanted a sandwich!! The lady who was there was in the back and made a nasty face like I was interrupting her or something! Not even a hi ! How can I help you! It was the most un please and awkward situation!! Never going there again!

Poor guy was working by himself, the people in front of us i guess decided to order for the next 5 days and ordered over 5 footlongs so we waited in line for approx 20 minutes before being served.. because the guy was alone he had to stock up on supplies and pull bread out of oven. He was kind and apologized for the wait, unfortunately the veggies here were HORRIBLE, they all had frost like they were frozen and dethawing, they were horrible quality veggies and multiple options were unavailable. He hooked my sandwich up and did his best with what he had.

I wish I caught the names of the 2 guys working but it was Thurs 11/3 about 430. They were awesome, really nice and accommodating. But the guy who made my sub did it like a pro, I've never had a better one at subway. Usually it looks like it got manhandled before I eat it but this guy was perfect, not too much or little of anything. Very happy

Only writing this review as this is the fifth time having the same issue in a row. They never open on time and have horrible attitudes when they do.! Do not spend your money here . The only reason I gave them this last chance is because it says the business updated hours 5 days ago so I figured they would open . No I was wrong , I called watched it ring and watched the employee watch it ring and when we made eye contact I asked her what time they are opening and she stormed out the back and opened gate in the mean time the Walmart worker said yeah they open when they want to. After she let us in the lobby no bread was even made as well as all cold food was still in the fridge in back. So although she opened the lobby, she wouldn’t be ready to serve for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

Grubhub drivers beware. The Mexican dude "pablo" (or some other Mexican name), doesn't have a single brain cell to his name. The customer messed up and ordered 2 delivery orders, and I had one. One said "Nicholas r" and one said "Nicholas s" and my app said "Nicholas (." Which was OBVIOUSLY just an app error and he was telling me he couldn't give me either sandwich. This is why he's like 45 years old and still works in fast food. I had to make the other chick call the manager just to force them to hand over one of the orders. 10 minutes of complete bull. I will definitely be telling everyone I know (including my army buddies) not to go to this location. And if you get a grubhub delivery from there just cancel.

Literally every single item in our order was wrong. What was supposed to be a footling was a 6 inch. Sandwiches that were supposed to have double meat didn't. The worst part was that they refused to make it right. Savannah said that there was a new employee. I guess Savannah couldn't be bothered to actually supervise the new employee and check to make sure they got it right. She was so rude to me that I will never go to this Subway again.

When i first stood in line the employee was busy making an online order (she took her time) and didn't greet us or acknowledge we were there, honestly no big deal. I ordered 2 footlong subs and wow I have to say this had to be the slowest time I've ever seen someone make 2 sandwiches. Please next time have a little sense of urgency when there is a line of two others behind me. Preferably I'd like to not stand in line 15 min for 2 sandwiches.

Today we missed calculated the drive home before roads were closed/backed up for the President’s arrival. These sweet ladies at subway, Kylie and I didn’t catch the other name helped immensely by heating some water for my baby. They were so sweet, never rushed me. Thank you for the delicious sandwich and superb customer service!!!
