The staff was friendly and helpful. Subs were done the way we asked. They were quick to fill our order and have us away in no time. Store was impeccably clean.
Meh. employee didn't know how to roll my wrap. However he did Apologize. I don't understand why people aren't trained to properly roll these. It's the same every Subway that I've been at. Only about three people I've ever had that could successfully roll a wrap and I could eat without losing all my toppings. 🤷
Just had dinner at Subway in Ft Ashby. I don't drink soda so I asked for a cup for tap water. They said sure but I'll have to charge you for the cup. I said fine no problem, how much. He rang it up at $1.79 FOR AN EMPTY PAPER CUP. I don't think I'll be going back there again. And no I did not buy the cup.
The service was lacking and staff was indifferent. We got 2 sandwiches and a combo. The sandwiches were kind of roughly thrown together but the kicker was how the ice was speckled with black stuff. I showed the girl at the register and her response was "oh we need to clean it" - no apology, no offer to just grab a bottled drink, no credit back. They have signs about hiring and I can really see why, they're struggling. You're better off going to Wayne's and buying a roll, meat, and a beverage.
If you would ask me 6 months ago, I would say never go to this Subway. However, it seems as if they hired a new manager. There was an employee, I am assuming the manager, training two kids. She was training the two kids while making my sub order. She was calm, professional, and paid great attention to the subs as well. Whoever she is, manager or not, DO NOT LET HER GO! Before she was there, I could not stand going to this subway location.
Seriously....how do you not have bread for subs when your name is subway? I was told the only option was some really old looking wheat bread today...the excuse was the person the night before didn't make any bread...but this was at noon....so how long does it take to make bread when you open for breakfast?
I use to love this subway but my last 3 visits have been terrible! I usually stop before I go into work (I work nights) around 9:30. Yes I understand that’s close to closing time but never had problems before. I always get a pizza sub and that’s what I wanted this time until the girl told me they didn’t have any marinara in the pan. I asked if she could get some from the back or something since I always come in this time and they’ve always had it before. She then refused and said she couldn’t do that. I asked her why and she just said I can get something else so I walked out. Then a few days later I went to get a salad and the guy working was so rude, and even rolled his eyes when I asked if I could get extra cheese? The salad was literally the worst one I’ve ever had from a subway. It had basically no lettuce or toppings and all meat. Never again.
The service was great. The sandwich artists were warm and friendly. My bread was fresh and so were my cookies. I strongly recommend there new apple cookie. It was sweet but tasted like an apple pie. I recommend this Subway. Great food, great staff, and there prices are more reasonable then other subways.
