I’ve had complaints in the past six months never received my money back. Life is more important!! It has been a constant problem with my online orders not being made right an I get it go in and watch them make it. However when your on the go or at work it’s convenient to order online. I almost lost my child due to an error made by them simply not reading the ticket and taking the time to fix the sun right! Every month there has been some excuse. I even called immediately and someone picked up the phone and put it on the table an never said a word so in the midst I drove down to subway while still on hold to find three people at work and only one customer in the store. There jaws dropped when I showed them my phone and said I had been on hold for 22minutes and 46 seconds. I expressed my concern to pay attention people have allergies an you could simply kill someone by making simple mistakes. It is horrible in Fitzgerald and the employee turn over rate is ridiculous!! Please take responsibility for this store!
It was 12 o'clock rush and yet my meal was prepared in record time, 7 minutes, tops! Which includes 1 minute wait in line, 6min prep/pay!! My sandwich combo? Delicious and fresh...as always! Fast,friendly service!!
The store is going down hill. I'm not sure who owns this one but please take an interest. Toaster wasn't working, out of different toppings. Rude employees. The prices are too high and still have to deal with not being satisfied. Close the doors or get a new owner.
“I usually don’t do this but…Yours…mine… OURS.. I can do this for hours 😂” but seriously I’m so thankful for you all for fixing a sub for me but it was so messy that I couldn’t even eat it. It was more of a wet sandwich salad than a sub. It had more ranch and sides and barely any meat and the meat was frozen. But you all taught me a valuable lesson— COOK YO OWN FOOD! Hope y’all have a blessed day though and don’t do this to anybody else. 💕
It was the first time I had Subway in over 10 years. The sub reminded me why it's been over 10 years since I've eaten there. Just horrible. I will never be back, not ever. Whatever they're doing baking that bread, they've got it all wrong.
The food is always fresh and the service was top notch 😀
The sandwich was not wrapped, it was put in a bag. The sandwich I wanted was not available. He refused to put spinach on the sandwich I ordered. The store was out of many of the main ingredients-pizza, Swiss cheese. There was no option for bread choice, I got a soft gooey flakey white bread. Worst experience ever. Very sad about the decline of this restaurant.
I eat here every chance i get. good food, Okay, service.
