Honestly I wasn't a subway fan before going to this location. Walked in one person behind the counter (I'm sorry never got her name) she was amazing we had a 7 sandwich order. She made quick work of them. Delicious masterpieces each 1 demolished by the family once we got home. This is the only location I will go to and I've tried subways from Florida up the east coast

The older man who works here is super kind but today a lady was quite mean she was probably having a bad day but still thought I’d say something.

I haven’t enjoyed 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐰𝐚𝐲 in what seems like ages but I’m glad I decided to eat lunch here today. I enjoyed a chicken footlong sub sandwich and a Gatorade drink as well. My meal was toasted and prepared in a timely manner. Definitely returning soon

Doesn't except Subway coupons I'll never go there again.

Use to only go to this one for wraps, because they only came to like less than $15 for 2. Use to go often, great for before the gym. Havnt been in a few weeks, just went in, seen the same employees, but now it was $24 for 2 wraps. I mentioned that it was more, and I was told they've always been that price. Liar. It's the only reason I choose that location. It's not even justified, you don't get more in a wrap, than a sandwich. Only go here if you want ripped off

Giving one star because of the attitude the older guy had. More ppl came into the store after I did and smart comments were made by both employees. I guess because the store was closing soon and they wanted to leave on time. The older guy was very bossy and demanding to the younger one. Neither one was very welcoming or friendly at all and they were both unprofessional. Also, bread was a little underbaked and both of my subs were just thrown together and very messy. Was not a good impression for my first time going to that Subway and definitely will not be back again. Only reason I went to that one was because rocky river Subway was closed.

The system was down in the store so they couldn't take my total. The manager looked at me and said "this one's on me" and handed me the food and I left. I was astonished by how kind that was so I thought the best thing I could do was share my experience with the lovely staff there and anyone who may want to come here. I forgot to ask the managers name, but I just wanted to say thank you. Whatever you do, don't go to the Rocky River one, there are dead flies in the cookie tray. Instead, go to the Fairview Park one, they're super hygienic and friendly.

Worst service received from manager Ruby and CSR Sukh, because I was looking for my SUB to be grill but they said they are only offering service if Customer ask and I was waiting and waiting and they forced me to pay when I refuse to take that order. So great service we received.
