BEST Subway in Cleveland! That I’ve been to since I moved here two yrs ago! I’m from CO. And honestly I had a 6” Tuna everything was fresh, the environment was clean and relaxing. My bf and I enjoyed having our lunch there today. The young gentleman were courteous very great customer service. Way to go we will be back👍💯

This location is supposed to be open until 9:30! Just pulled up at 8:55 and they're closed. This is the third time in 2 months. If they don't want to stay opened until 9:30, please change your hours so we don't waste our time.

I didn't get as much meat as I thought I would get for what I paid. But I can say it was a good sandwich

Very nice staff. Clean. No dine in.

The team here today were absolutely exceptional thank you! 3/27/23 lunch was excellent!

This subway is horrible. Google says they close at 9:30. I pulled up around 8:45pm. Not even kidding you. As soon as I parked my car and got out, the dude who looks like John Malkovich quickly turned off the dining room lights and stood behind the register and watched as I walked away, in disgust and half in disbelief. That was entirely disrespectful. The quality of customer service in certain parts of the Cleveland area have never been even marginally acceptable, but this was just downright flagrant disrespectful. I'll be going to the one on Lakeshore from now on. I advise you to do the same.

The sandwich was good but the employee was not pleasant

Shout out to Subway on E. 200th. The only reason I went was because my wife made me, but the guy took care of me after somebody's grandma let bacon from another customer's sandwich touch my bread. I had to cut it off. But he apologized and made it right. They also had seafood. Good for pescatarians that are tired of eating the VegiMax patty.
