Amon was super helpful, they didn't have the cookies I was wanting but he remembered that there were prepared double chunk in the back. To go through the extra effort when he could've just said "Sorry, we're out of that right now." I thought was very kind of him. I appreciate the small extra effort he exerted to help make the customer happy, shows dedication to the brand by making the consumer happy by offering alternatives.

Poor queue management. Waited in the drive through for nearly an hour. Chose the drive through since it looked like the lobby was busy. Since arriving, the lobby has cleared, filled, and cleared again. I've watched *multiple parties arrive, and leave with their meals. Poor queue management.

Poor service, to young probably. Food displays were mostly empty. Poor atmosphere.

The food is not that great once in a while you can get a good sandwich, I wish you luck! The staff is usually ok, however, watch out when you ask for guacamole at the end they tend to get pretty fired up. The atmosphere is well plain if you ask me I get that it's trying to match this era's aesthetics but the anesthetics are just plain old boring.

Perfect place to grab a bite to eat nice workers and plenty of space to grab a seat

Food is good usually but there are some employees who are really angry and always give you attitude. One I've had bad experiences with is Alicia.

Sandwich was ok if you don't mind eating stickers on your veggies. Really brings into question the cleanliness of their produce. Luckily this pepper fell out before I ate it.

Food was good, customer service could have been better but overall not bad.
