The sandwich artist with the red hair did a great job on our sandwiches.

Guy was not happy and sandwiches weren’t toasted long enough just melted the cheese. Sandwiches did not taste good. Greeted with “what do you want” and spoke quiet the whole time. No stars.

We were the only ones in the store, I was trying to look at the menu and the girl kept grilling me with questions on what I wanted. I kept telling her I needed to look at the menu for a second while my wife ordered. I got an Italian BMT, she puts the meat and cheese on it, toast it, and then it went all down hill from there. I ask her for lettuce and she literally grabbed a very small pinch of lettuce and put it in the center of the sandwich then I asked for olives. She puts 4 and 1/2 olives on the sandwich. I asked for BBQ sauce and she pours BBQ sauce every where on the sandwich.... basically the same thing happened to my wife's sandwich as well. This is why all the subways suck in elko.

Meatballs were not heated up and they wouldn't heat them up, out of olives and didn't offer to get some then magically refilled when we were leaving. Blamed opening staff for not doing stuff, 1 didn't have a mask on, we had to tell them how to make the sandwich and which cheese was which. Ridiculous! Will not be going to that location ever again!

This location is inside Wal-Mart, and admittedly we went in at 7:46, 14 min before they were supposed to close, but the sliding gates were still wide open. However, we had to wait for about 4min, and yell to the back several times to get anyone's attention. I don't know if they have cameras to see that people are out front or not, but yeah not cool. Two teenagers finally came out, and the one wearing a "TRUMP 2020" hat said 'sorry, we're closed". I said, umm, really I thought you guys didn't close til 8pm, its only 7:51. He looked at the computer, and then apologized and said he was told to tell me that they were closed, then asked what I wanted. He made our sandwiches, and we left. They were friendly, but overall, definitely wont go here again.

The service is absolutely terrible. We were the first in line and spent 10 minutes just telling them what bread and by the time we got to the cheese we had already been there for 20 minutes the girl didn't listen to a thing we said we had to repeat our self multiple times we finally walked out.

I asked for a sandwich and let the girl make it however is est and ot was hands down the worst sandwich o ever had. And expensive. Went back at s layrr date different employee and it was good.

the subways i had been to in my years where outstanding in therr produce .this subway lacked the veggies that make it wonderful, but the sandwich maker had described to me about every thing about this and i think this person has a very good knowledge in his work iv only been at this subway twice but every time i come in i am alwaysed helped by this gentleman. i think this subway is getting up to the charts with there staff and food quality i will strongly agree to eat at this subway
