I tried holding off on a review for sometime because the service varies, but today was awful and I hope they do better soon. Drink fountain didn't work, took about 25min or more to get 4 sandwiches done and when it finally got to me needing to pay with a coupon to only be $7.99 + Taxes it went up from $15+, $17, then $20 until finally it dropped to $11. Still more than the coupon said, but I let it be to just get on with my day. I've had some issues with coupons before and typically a manager takes care of it besides 2x so far. All was decent and the staff were always friendly, but today they had 2 brand new hires left alone and they clearly needed assistance. Not upset at them, but management for being so careless. They were nice but you could tell they were in a panic. Having to make 6 sandwiches back to back while also getting fresher ingredients. They weren't prepared to handle the day, please do better management.

The gentleman that was working behind the counter Sebastian I believe he told me his name was was absolutely wonderful his attitude was terrific and he made a great sandwich it was the first time and my last four visits not to the shopping particular but to Subway. That my sandwich tasted fantastic I even tip the young man as we were leaving and wanted to get a selfie with him! Absolutely fantastic I will return.
This has been my most recent restaurant outing. There was a one employee there by himself and doing his best to seem interested in doing his job food was par environment was par and service was hardly notable.please like and follow if you find my reviews accurate or helpful.
Guy making the subs said they were out of cheese bread and a new worker clocked in and proceeded to give the person behind me cheese bread lol the sandwiches were made poorly. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and could not taste any Eder onion sauce. Also I wanted a meal but they were out of all cookies and had no chips up. I have never had a bad experience here until now. Don’t know if I want to come back.
2 nights in a row closed when we got there. All signage says closes at 900pm. We were there at 830pm. Guy acted like we were in the wrong.
It appears like this is a closing location. Fountain dispenser not working. No ice for tea available. Very few chips like 10 to 15 bags total for all choices. What appeared to be person in charge made my sub at the stand that appeared to be at the drive thru station and was wrong. New girl that appeared to be first day on job was wonderful but had no guidance from person in charge. Felt really bad for her as she was unsure about how to roll a wrap. This poor service was because the person in charge did not and was not willing to do her job but wanted to talk on the phone about her personal stuff and plans for after work. This went from a 2 meal sale to a 2 sandwich to go sale. They not only lost money on this sale but 2 customers as well. We live 30 mile from here but are in elkin 2 to 3 times a week. We will never go back to this location again.
