No one in line.. no one in the drive thru but me.. two employees inside.. with a touch screen menu.. and they still managed to get it wrong and take 20 min for 2 sandwiches... when will the computers take over? These two individuals really need a different job.. what a shame

I love subway but will definitely not come to this location if in a hurry! Hehe Staff did a good job and I'm sure they tried their best to assist all customers in a fast manner, yet, I was on the drive thru for about 20 minutes. Also, I am not a fan of the touchscreen that was installed in the drive thru to be honest. I feel that's what slowed the process. Anyways, for now all I can say is that I left feeling disappointed because of the wait, but food was great. Staff apologized for the waiting time too. I'll be going back but when I am not in a hurry.

Went by for some sandwiches, realized he was only doing 3 slices per 6 inch. Asked him why it was only 3, usually Subways add 5 to 6 slices per 6 inch. He said they're all different and at this particular location, it's 3 slices! No thank you, I left to the other subway on closner. Sure enough, guy put 5 or 6, definitely not 3!! To the owner, if you're trying to cut costs by cheating a customer from their protein, do better! What's the purpose of having calorie counts next to each sub and commercials about this if you're not doing things right?

What's the point of putting the touch screen in drive thru if the employee is still going to do the order wrong. Also, why does it take 30 min to make 2 sandwiches when lobby is closed and I was the only car in the line. Plus, always forgetting something in my order. Even after staying away from this place I still gave it another chance for nothing.

So after a good workout i decided to stop by this Subway location for a sub, i waited for a couple of minites and no one ever took my order, so i decided to go next door to Whataburger, to be honest i am glad no took my order because Whataburger never disappoints.

Horrible, just Horrible.... used drive thro touch screen and at the window explained my order. Horrible customer service, Horrible sandwich, Horrible experience.. please don't stop at this location..

I have been ordering online to pick up here and they always get it right. I am not against human interaction but if I can save 15 min extra time of my lunch hour, better, as a matter of fact I always end up eating it there because it’s quieter around 2pm and clean. Now they are serving aguas frescas and I love them! Brócoli soups are not that good as they used to be, I guess people doesn’t order them frequently and they don’t taste like recently made. Overall I love them! Keep going team!!

Came to eat w my youngest daughter. There was two employees the dark haired employee was super nice, the light blonde employee had an attitude and seems like she didn't want to the other employee using the register. Idk I'd the other employee was new but she seemed to know what she was doing. I also believe she charged my two combos incorrectly. Have had better experiences in previous visits.
