Just went to this location yesterday and this picture is from that time. The guy that normally makes it did not make it for me yesterday instead there was a younger kid that made it yesterday. It was supposed to be extra spinach less lettuce and many other toppings on this. My husband got it yesterday and he said he could tip the sub vertically and it just start dripping out juices which means it was drowned out, definitely not okay! I will not be going to this location and I wish I can get a refund for this because my husband could not eat it everything was soggy and it was very little to no toppings on it. You couldn't even see the chicken! I'll find a different location further away to go to that actually cares about the food that they make that they want to charge fine dining prices for.

They did my order exactly right. Was not missing one thing. They where both polite went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Very good communication as well.

Sandwich maker was very good on Livernois and Oakman. The store was clean and plexiglass was clear. They take coupons when other location in Highland Park refused. All my sandwiches were fresh and good. Thank you.

Both the staff were very friendly and polite the store was clean and my family did t feel rushed to eat. I will go back there again. I was there on 8-13-23

I really love subway, but this is absolutely unacceptable..!!! I’m scared to eat my sandwich, and my boyfriends sandwich was just thrown in a bag without being wrapped, hard earn money out the window along with 2 customers that will never return to this establishment. 09/26/2021 3:20pm. If I could give zero stars I would, idc how friendly someone is, this is absolutely unacceptable. P.s soda was immediately tossed out due to there being black particles that don’t belong in soda, you could see them right through the clear lid. Please do better For the Community.

Waited in line for 15 plus minutes, it's a drive thru kiosk to order, I don't find convenient, they had no meatballs no swiss cheese, I ordered a deluxe turkey (that's extra meat) was a JOKE, I think there was a total of 4 pieces of meat, that's not worth the cost, the bread was dry and flaked off so bad, you can get so much better else where, Subway has just gone down hill, I use to love them, not so much anymore.

Went to the drive-thru put my order in, got my food and realized they put everything that THEY wanted to put on my sandwich and NOTHING THAT I ACTUALLY ASKED FOR. $18 in trash. 🗑️ Thanks. Never again.

I love subway, but that new cheesy garlic bread that they have is too overwhelming for the sandwich. It made my bread very soggy and i only tasted garlic, because they use so much garlic butter. But other than that subway is pretty good. The people are very welcoming at this location.
