Went in to Subway, line was long and no sense of urgency. Spoiled tomatoes, and I had to request fresh veggies for the bin before they made my sandwich. Lettuce was browning. Lobby and bathroom needed attention as well. I got the 23 the hotshot Italiano, the young lady didn't even put 2x's the cheese on it. I dont have time to go back and keep waiting.

Every time I go to any Subway they never toast the bread enough and then they have an issue with extra toasting of the bread as if we're taking too much of their time. Every single time I have to come back home and put the entire sub in my air fryer to make sure it is completely toasted the way we like it. And now it costs an entire almost $17 for 1 ft long sub. This is hywy robbery. People should go on strike from buying from Subway and the CEO should be ashamed of themself. Everything keeps going up and so soon really you're going to be paying $20 for a footlong sub. Are humans in the economy going to still pay for Subway?

I placed an online order so I could pick it up when I got off work. Ordered 2 subs. I walk in and there’s 4 people in line. I head to the express pick up section by the register and wait. The workers started staring at me like I’m insane and asked if I want to order. I said that I was picking one up. They had zero idea that they had any online/mobile orders. They look and there’s 2 other orders besides mine that they didn’t know they had. They finish three customers and then make mine. I’m still waiting patiently. They make the first one to completion and then decided to tell me they were out of the meatballs for the 2nd one. I called my partner and told him, he only eats the meatball sub and didn’t want anything other that. I asked for a refund instead and they wouldn’t do it because it was online. They need to update their online menu if they’re out of products so that I’m not put in this predicament, and I told them that. It’s been about 5 mins after my sandwich was made and she then decides to ask if I want to wait for them to make the meatballs. Why wasn’t that an option in the first place? Now I gotta wait 10 mins for meatballs while my sandwich gets cold because you guys can’t keep up with your cooking and can’t properly communicate with your customers. I’m not normally one to leave a bad review, as I manage a much busier restaurant and understand what it’s like to be behind or in the weeds. But Jesus Christ it’s not that hard to communicate with customers and have a basic understanding of what you’re doing. Y’all need new employees. Lemme know if y’all hiring cuz I’ll turn that restaurant around real quick.

I went in on 7/23/23 at 12:33 pm the ladies there was rude and didn’t care about customers we brought in a coupon and they didn’t care about people I found this in my food

Very busy place! The food was good! Employees are excellent! Even thou .it's a busy place. Line moved quickly. Sat inside to eat.

I placed an in app order. The way I was asked to show my ID and Apple Pay information was not pleasant… AT ALL. The African American employee made me feel some type of the way thinking I’m trying to scam an order of $13.00! I was just there for lunch on Saturday and the staff was better. I always leave a tip but this time I wish I had not. I would not hire any person that cannot leave a stank attitude at home when dealing with the public. Or having better customer service tone. I have worked plenty of restaurant jobs to know this.

I came here and ordered a subway meltike I normally do... and the person that made my sandwich provided the absolute 💯 Best customer service. She was nice- took her time making the sandwich as if she cared about getting it right. She didn't have a uniform name or I would have shouted her our. Since I was getting a melt she suggested that I put my veggies on them and toast it inside this brown paper bag . I have been getting this sandwich for years and I have never had it taste that amazing 👏...She exemplified great customer service ! It was a great experience.
