The women working here are very friendly. We have no complaints. Every time we come here, we all go home happy. It's always very clean, in here, and they are very quick.

Very friendly and efficient. We all enjoyed our sandwiches.

They say they close at 9:30 and at 9:00 the lights were off and the door was locked had to waste money at Mc Donalds

We order food from this location several times every month and they never disappoint. We always do a mobile order and it’s always ready to go as soon as we get there. The employees are super nice. And of course, the food is always amazing!

Very nice order taker. Greeted me with a hello with a smile when I walked in. Very courteous and promptly made my sub.

We live in Frazeysburg, which has a Subway, but chose to spend my money at any Subway but the one in Frazeysburg. The child that is supposed to be the manager is rude to customers and recluses her employees in front of customer. After her chastised her employee for daring to give give me the online special. I offered to go outside and order from my car, the young lady said she could do it, but next time, please order through the app. I thanked her and told her I would. That is customer service. She knew I was a regular, so she accommodated, but did tell me again, to please use the app. As I got to the register, the "manager" came out to run it. Wasn't out there when the young lady needed help. Waited until everyone was taken care then came. When she found out the young lady had given me the special, she acted like she had given the whole store away. Not giving the young lady a chance to explain, nor had she heard our conversation. She was very nasty to the employee in the way she told her in front of customers. She then turned to me and very nastily told me I had to use the app, they wouldn't do it again. I told her she had handled the situation very badly and should have spoken to the employee in private and found a better way to tell me. That she had acted very unprofessional. She snapped back SHE didn't think so. When I got home, I was upset and called the store to get her name. Immediately got a call from the child manager telling me she was not unprofessional. I had not asked for her to return my call, but she felt the need to call me, at my home to continue the conversation. That is harassment. I ended her unwanted call by telling her I would now see what her boss and the corporate office thought. Which I did. Big surprise!!! Never got a reply from either!! Not even an apology. Anybody out there that has absolutely no idea what customer service is, likes to show she's the boss, embarrasses her employee and a customer, is rude and not very bright, this is your dream career.

Small town subway. It's clean, quick, the food was fresh. The staff was nice and helpful as well as patient. It kinda off the beaten path. It's behind the carwash, its not very easy to spot from the road or driveway. It's not been real busy when we visited, but that is a good thing. Great place to stop if you are traveling through the area.

Got there and people were getting subs made and it a couple minutes before closing door was unlocked so went in then was informed they were finishing a few more subs and that was it.If door is not locked and open sign is on you should serve customers just my business for good.
