Here's your warning, folks! I placed a pick up order for today. The app showed the subs were being built and when they were ready. I go to pick them up and the guy there got snippy with me and says they never received the order in their system. I proceeded to show him my app order confirmation and he confirmed it was the correct location and he could see I paid. I had him call his manager, who replied they could not complete my order since they didn't get it. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T REFUND ME OR GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED. HE SIMPLY TOLD ME TO GO ON THEIR SITE. This is theft. What's interesting is this is the same employee who refused to bring out my last CURBSIDE order and tried to gaslight me that even though the order ticket showed CURBSIDE, he was somehow unaware what that meant. I almost didn't come back again after that and now I truly regret doing so. Since I already had this prior experience and they received that prior app order, I believe this employee disregarded my order and stole money instead and pretended they never got it. I will be complaining all the way up corporate and will never visit another Subway again. Horrible, unacceptable and dishonest customer service!!!!

A lil Subway tucked up on a hill. Staff I assume are family and all very friendly and diligent in getting costumers served quickly.

The website says that closes at 8:30 p.m. so I drove all the way there and it's only 8:00 p.m. and it's closed. And it's not like I live right next to it I had to drive a while to get to it. Also there was a woman at the counter so when I walked up to the door it was locked and she just signaled to me that's closed.

For some reason this location has no problem increasing their prices like most, but they do not accept valid franchise coupons sent in the mail to be used at ANY subway location. I do not recommend this specific location, there are a few others located nearby. Good riddance.

If you're going to close the store half an hour before the time that the operating hours say you close, then you should update your hours.

I told the lady working at the counter that I had a coupon for a buy one get one footlong and she smiled and made our sandwiches. When I got to the register to pay, I scanned my coupon and then she said they don’t take coupons. The first question is, why have a coupon scanner if you don’t accept coupons? Then why did you wait to tell me until you had already made the sandwiches? I should’ve left them on the counter and walked out, but I had hungry mouths to feed. Not honest and we won’t be back.

I’m a new employee here, and have been here for about a month, for all the people upset about the coupons, this is a corporate store and the system we have doesn’t allow us to use coupons, and as soon as we see a coupon we are quick to tell ppl that we don’t accept them, I understand how this may be frustrating but getting upset with the employees does nothing but make you a rude person bc we cannot control that. Also I hope everyone who has had an issue with customer service comes back, bc I love helping customers and making sure their meal is how they want it, I look forward to seeing some of y’all. ☺️
