First I went in to get my family some sandwiches. I had to tell the girl 4 times what I wanted bc she couldn’t hear me over her friends toddler screaming and her other friends talking loudly. She was more focused on them than fixing my food. She then poured a ton a sauce on my sons pizza sub. I asked her to scrap some off but she insisted on fixing a new one which was fine and she said she would eat that one herself for lunch. We got home to eat and my son said it was still too much sauce and was soggy and hard on the end after being toasted. I also got two 6” rotisserie subs and she put a pile of shredded cheese on it so big that my veggies and sauce fell out of my sandwich making it soggy when I got home. My other rotisserie had the veggies falling out and soggy as well even after being toasted.
The service and meal was good. Fresh ingredients and bread. Employees were helpful and curious.
Two guys that were on shift were very pleasant to talk with while making my sandwich. Everything was perfect and the store was very clean highly recommend Dequincy Subway
They refuse my coupon and mess up my sandwich Good Job👍
One of the employees had attitude with me and my friend. There was no rush but the young man seemed to have a horrible attitude for no reason. Like I was already uncomfortable because I have social anxiety but this experience made it worse
As I drove up the 2 employee's were outside and I could see them both roll their eyes in agervation that they had to get up and do their job. As the 1 began to fix my order she showed nothing but attitude and towards everything I was saying I needed for my order. Then the other employee came in complaining about some personal issues and picked up the second part of the order. I asked for just a small amout of sauce on the sandwich and she saturated the sandwich instead. Then they ran out of one of the veggies that I requested on my sandwich she went to refill the try and then put the wrong veggies on the wrong sandwiches. If you hate doing your jobs so much quit, I'm sure you can be replaced with someone that needs and wants their jobs. $300.00 a month that will not be spent at that location anymore.
I just wanted to say whoever baked the raspberry cheesecake cookies this morning/evening, they were the BOMB. Literally the best cookie I've ever had. My sandwich was delicious, although they were out of onions. :( I'm sure they are a busy store. I ordered a veggie sandwich on white bread with pepper Jack cheese, not toasted. I added lettuce, tomato, green bell peppers, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. The bread tasted super fresh and veggies were crisp and fresh. Thank you!
This is the absolute worst Subway in Louisiana. The manager is so rude to customers and you won’t go in this store where you will see the same employees because the manager is so awful. She does absolutely NOTHING to help customers and she has no problem belittling the employees in front of customers. Mr. Patel can’t keep the good employees he’s had because she runs them all off and now she’s run off a customer that is in this store a minimum of twice a week. I will NEVER return to this store unless this manager is no longer there !!!
