Ordered through the app. Selected MORE for my veggies and specifically stated ALOT XXXXTRA PICKLES. the girl gave me literally less of everything and when I asked if she even knew what extra pickles meant I was given a really dirty look by guy behind counter. I apologized if I seemed snippy a genuine apology but was still meant with no response! RUDE. JUST TO IGNORE A CUSTOMER'S THAT WAY IN ADDITION TO MESSING UP THE ORDER SO BADLY. WHEN IS 3 SPINACH LEAVES MORE FOR REAL. ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO WALDOBORO TO GET A GREAT SANDWICH AND SERVICE

This specific location has gone down hill the last year or so. I have been here several times when they have not had what my family or I wanted, were out of a certain kind of bread or were closed before they should be according to the hours posted. But tonight was the icing on the cake....they were completely out of bread, no bread what so ever other then flat bread. Seriously....you are a sandwich shop and you are out of bread!!!?? Accompanied by the rude customer service that I'm accustomed to here, it was a great way to end a long Monday work day 😔👎
Just had a couple of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had took two bites and had to throw it out! Not to mention I’m pretty sure the guy who rang me out is doing some funny business! I pulled out cash he asked me if I wanted a receipt I said no and looked down and noticed on the screen it said transaction canceled then a slip printed (assuming a transaction canceled slip)and he threw it away! Seems strange!
Staff was friendly and patient while my girlfriend and I couldn't make up our minds about what to get. Even joked around with us which you don't get often
Will not go back again, the grinders are not as big and we ordered 3 large steak ones for over $30, with a pinch of meat on it, HIGHWAY ROBBERY
They are on par in price withe very other subway in the area, and if you go to the grocery store you will pay more for less of a sandwich! The staff are friendly and eager to please within the guidelines they have to work within. Has always been clean when we have gone in and the prep area very well maintained.
