After a terrible experience with Hot Stuff Pizza, we went to Subway. The staff went above and behind to make us feel appreciated. They are very organized and friendly. The food was fresh and great. Highly recommend that you stop and get some food. You will not be disappointed in any way!
A little disappointed. I stopped in the Crosby location yesterday on the way to the beach. I picked up lunch for myself and my granddaughter. I picked out a bottled lemonade for my granddaughters kids pack and set it on the counter, paid and proceeded to fill my fountain drink. I didn’t notice until we got to the beach that her bottled lemonade wasn’t in our bag, so I called this location and explained that it was missing from my bag. Immediately I was told that she saw me walk out with it, but that’s impossible because it’s no where to be found and the only thing I walked out with was my bag of sandwiches, chips and the fountain drink I filled, before leaving. I told her no it wasn’t possible because it wasn’t in my bag nor on my front seat where I set the food immediately when I got in. She kept repeating and insisting that she saw me walk out with it. Normally I wouldn’t be upset. But it wasn’t in my bag and it wasn’t on my front seat where I set the bag, so it clearly wasn’t put in my bag. I have no reason to lie I TIPPED THEM 15%, more than the drink but yet I still treated like I’m a liar. Lesson learned check your bag and make sure you have all your items before leaving, because they’ll lie and insist they saw you walk out with them. Needles to say I won’t be returning to this location again.
Friendly and helpful staff. Always smiling and welcoming. Prices definitely rose on footlongs but the economy hits everywhere. Always love seeing Lesa working!
5 of us came in not long before they closed on Tuesday (August 1st) and the only person working was extremely pleasant even though I know she had a lot of work to do. Thank you!
This location always makes a great sandwich, and the staff is very accommodating and courteous. I always stop there on my way up north.
I only like going in when certain people are working because some people don’t know how to make a sandwich right and you have to ask for everything extra and it’s annoying depending on the worker that day. Today I went in and their was someone new working and both ends of my Sandwich were all bread and no toppings at all. I definitely was a little upset for spending extra for “extra” toppings and it was like their was no extra and some toppings missing on the sides.
Slow! I was the only person in there ordering, and wow! There is no reason to not have things prepped so you dont run out of them. I had ordered 4 sandwiches. The girl was going to put 2 scoops of tuna on a foot long. (I honestly didn't know how many go on there, but asked because it looked pathetic) the quality of the veggies that they actually did have there were lacking. Maybe I'm picky because I work in a kitchen, but just sad. Then, to top off this whole experience, one of the bmt subs had a long hair in it. Yup, we all were done wirh our meal after that. Well worth the 40 something I paid for the 4 subs. Please take some pride, and maybe a serve safe course.
