User Reviews

I never felt the need to write reviews but my experience at this established has enabled me to do so. I came in this afternoon wanting a spinach wrap before being informed that only plain tortillas were available. After settling, I ask for the chicken patty- not available! Veggie patty- not available Swiss cheese- not available! Sweet peppers- not available either! The employees did the best they could and I was pleased with the sub. However, I would recommend going to a better subway with a complete menu.

First time stopping in and getting some much needed road rest and food. Picked up an all veggie sub and it was delicious! Service was exceptional from a kind, friendly, and helpful crew! We'll be back the next time we're passing through!

The 2 girls running the Subway were patient and lovely to myself and my kids. They went out of their way to be kind and helpful. And the food tasted great!

Not a terrible place to stop; could use an upgrade of facilities and customer service. During my most recent outing they did not have tuna, turkey, or steak so I settled for a veggie sub which craved my hunger but not my expectations. The two gentleman were nice at the front and attempted to accommodate, however one could tell the problems were not within their control. Overall, I would return, but it’s a good thing other fast food chains are located under the same roof.

There is a Subway 8 miles in two directions from my home. This location or the Amelia location. I go to this location only if passing through and I can't wait to get to Amelia, or if it's on the way home through Crewe. I'm understanding that most problems I have with this location are usually on the owner and not the staff. Sloppy tomatoes that are bought past their due date. That's owner and vendor issue. The bread coming to the store frozen with ice crystals. Owner and vendor. Tonight though, I think the staff knew I'd be writing a review and they seemed to dread it. Came in with my daughter I ordered from Arby's and she from Subway. She ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch on Flatbread. Toaster oven must be broken, because when she got in the car, her bacon was still cold in places and the bread was still cold to the touch. My review isn't about her sad sandwich - we try to overlook owner/vendor issues. My review is about the fountain drink machine. When I ordered my cup from Arby's, I really debated buying a bottled soda, but we were tired from mucking stalls in the cold and I figured one less transaction. Go to the machine and grab my ice and a drink, but notice the mouth for the ice is looking suspicious. I go in with my phone camera and it is pure mold. It wasn't hiding, it wasn't something I should have missed. Guy from Subway saw my phone and came up behind me and asked if the machine was broken (something in trend since they had to tape a sign up that says Diet Dr Pepper over what is usually there). I told him no and pointed out the ice mouth. He looked at it, said, "Aw man, I didn't even see that and I get my drinks from there." I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and say he probably didn't see it there. That none of the staff saw it there, because no one in the entire food court has checked that machine long enough to see the growth there. Chances are, if you're seeing mold and mildew on the outside, it's outrageous on the inside. I thought about asking for a refund and saying no thanks to the machine, but we were tired and lately anywhere local you ask for a small refund on anything, it takes so long, you might as well sucked it up and drank the soda. I drank the soda and it's 1am, and I'm writing my review in between trips to the bathroom. It's going to be a pretty long time before I can recover the images of tonight and be able to go back comfortably.

Stopped for lunch July 15, 2017 and the two young men working provided excellent service. Very polite and helpful as well as kind, patient, and responsive to my two small children. I was impressed enough to feel like they deserved the recognition!

I decided to give this location another try. Ordered food online and was given a pickup time of 1904. It's now 1923 and the food is still not ready. Jen, the woman working there, said she was busy and still had not started my order when I arrived on time. What is the purpose of ordering online, ahead of time? Further more, what's the purpose of giving customers a pick up time if my order won't be ready when I get there? My last review complained about the same thing.. looks like nothing has changed. Oh.. it's now 1926 and my order is STILL not ready. Thanks Subway for helping me to not eat fast food.

Placed an online order st 1645. Order was supposed to be ready at 1705. Upon arrival, I was told there were 2 people ahead of me and my order was still not ready. My salads were ready at 1717 - 32 minutes after I ordered them. What's the point of ordering online, if I'm "behind" the customers that are there? Also, my order was wrong and I didn't realize it until I got home. Perhaps it would be better to drive to Victoria in the future.
