I placed an online order at 4:22 PM on 5/18/23 for pick at 6:15 PM. I arrived to the store location in Craig, CO at 6:20 PM to pick up my order. Upon arrival, the man behind the counter, his name is TYSON said "Are you here for a to go order?" I said "Yes, I am picking up my order as well as my sister's" (She placed her order at 4:25 PM for pick up at 6:15 as well) He then said "It will be a fat minute before I can even start those orders for you." I told him my order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 6:15. I wouldn't have gotten mad if my order was already in process but it wasn't even started yet. He said "we just got busy out of nowhere and we are short staffed." There were 4 employees in the restaurant and the two in the back did NOT have anyone in the drive through. I asked if the two in the back can start our orders because I had somewhere to be at 6:30 PM. I told him I wouldn't have did an online order if I didn't have anywhere to be at a certain time. He had me wait in line behind people to "start my order" behind them. I admit, I did get mad and yelled at him but I was not impressed with this customer service. He continued to laugh at me and tell me he can't help that it got busy. I think my order should have been started before they "Got busy". There were two people in line when I arrived. I don't think that is very busy to me. The two people in the back finally started my order around 6:30 PM. Tyson apologized to the two customers that were in line saying, "I am so sorry about THAT!" talking loud enough for me to hear, basically saying I am in the wrong and he was sorry I was mean to him in front of those two customers. My order, as well as my sister's order was FINALLY done at 6:50 PM. There was no discount or money back offered by Tyson. I assume he was the head employee on duty as he was bossing everyone else around. There was no further apology from Tyson as I was finally leaving with our orders. The lady that did take part in making our sandwiches did apologize as she handed me our food, I did not catch her name. I am very disappointed in my experience with Tyson and I think something needs to be done. I plan on not going back to the restaurant if Tyson is working.

Got 2 foot longs. Didn't have roast beef, ask for pretty much everything. Didn't get, any cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, on either sandwich. Never will go there again. $23 for alittle bread and alittle meat.

Good staff and the food was fine. Coupon reader was not reading at first. But eventually the staff got the proper cost to ring up.

Yum! What a refresh on a scorching hot day. I enjoyed two hooked-up veggie delights. Veggies were crisp and fresh. Clean dining room with lots of drink options. New s'mores cookies are indulgently tasty.

Bread was very chewy. Had to tear the top off to eat it. Manager tried to correct another employee in front of us but was very rude to the employee. Instead of correcting she belittled.

30 mins to get a 6 inch sub with 3 employees and only 1 person in front of me when I walked in. Asked for double meat, they put 4 slices. I asked is that double? They said it comes with 3 so I did 4, I responded it should be 6. Had to tell them which meats went on the sandwich since they forgot one. Was driving though and very limited options on the town.

I'm very grateful for Subway's customer service. They were able to accommodate a last-minute catering order when our initial contact fell through. The food was done perfectly and was delivered with plenty of time before our event. They were incredibly kind and helpful, we would certainly go through them again.

Food is good when workers care enough to make it right. This time worker used same knife as used for guacamole on a non-guac sandwich. Also scratched face with gloves on then continued making sandwich. Not appetizing at all. Had to ask to start over.
