Visited this subway on MOTHER'S DAY! Around 5pm or 6pm. I entered the restaurant to my surprise. There were 3 melanin young adult men working behind the counter. They worked together, and they were helpful to one another. They were polite and were not loud and yelling. The young name that service me was very nice. My bread choice he was nice to look over it to make sure it was perfect, which it was. He made my sandwich properly. While talking to him, i learned he is a thinker, and he came up with something there i think was the best idea ever. As simple as it might be. However, it's an idea that works. Great job, young men keep striving for greater.

Had a new sandwich artist. He did fine. sandwich was a little messy. I asked for it to redone because it was falling apart. 3 ladies in there were all extremely rude that apparently I asked for too many veggies. I have been to probably 100 subways around the country, and none of them have ever given me an attitude like this place. Rather than arguing I just walked away. To my sandwhich artist: Im sorry for making one of your first days negative. Your managers should have just helped you. I would quit that job asap.

I didn't know that you can use the coupon on the good samwich. The samwich..a 6in was 9 dollars by it self...wasn't paying that much....and she would make another samwich...she was disrespect Ful and rude..I see why they don't get a lot of business....when working with the public you can not have a attitude...

At this location now the cashier/manger is very rude nasty attitude mad because I did not want the sandwich because the bacon is raw!!!! Very poor customer service I have never received this type of service from this location I am very disappointed will not come back

They are so short staffed. Especially in the morning. The young worker moves slow because she is alone. The wait is serious.

They made the sandwich ready well. It's really nice and clean inside. Only small tables with chairs available, just one booth reserved for handicap use.

the lady that worked there on 8/23 put raw bacon on my sandwich. she did not heat up the meat and cheese like I asked and put raw bacon on it. this is why we don't have and decent place to eat in country club hills, because of the rude employees that don't listen

One young lady was left to serve 4 customers while the 2nd young lady took the trash out to the dumpster. The young lady called out for assistance witch took the 3rd young lady at least 2.5 minutes to come to the front and now it's 5 customers. The third young lady appeared to be the manager of the store and appeared unhappy to help the customers. The second young lady returned from emptying the trash quickly rinsed her hands and started to assist. Now they were in each other's way. The food portions were poor, the taste of the food was poor and the over all service experience was poor. I will never return to this store!
