This subway was having computer issues at the time we stopped in and could only take cash. The staff was apologetic and friendly. Stuff happens but they were very nice about and luckily we had cash. Nice large open new building with plenty of seating and parking.
Jordan was completely disrespectful trash talking .y order and my family to other customers with my two small children and I in the store waiting for our order. He locked customers inside the building as well as locked customers out. He was grossly rude to his coworker as well. I do NOT recommend going to this subway as long as he works there.
3 for 3 of my last attempts to get good here, I received subs that were incorrectly made, sometimes to laughable degrees (options swapped from one person's sub straight to another persons)... The failure consistency is so predictable, that it would lead one to presume there was a technology problem (maybe tickets are being printed in a different language or the computers are set to practical joke mode)... IDK but we just won't be rolling the dice here any more.
We haven't had any issues here in fact it is usually the subway we go to the ingredients were fresh
Clean, fast, and ready to go. This Subway is clean, plenty of space to sit down and enjoy your meal. The staff is friendly and make sure your order is complete the right way the first time, every time
Placed a curbside pickup order at 5:15 app says ready by 5:30... Got the text update that they were ready at 5:25. Pulled into the lot and whas the only car. Waited and nobody came out. Two other cars pulled up and placed orders in store. At 5:38, I finally entered the store to check on things. There we're several orders at the counter already bagged up. I was asked if I had a "drive thru" order but I told him I was a curbside order. He continued working on something and a few minutes later asked if I was the spicy Italian order. I said "nope... Three sandwiches for curbside“ he looked confused then looks down and my order had been sitting right in front of him the whole time. I understand they might be short staffed, but why have a curbside option if nobody is going to bring it out? By the time I got my order it was well past the app's promised time and my one warm sandwich had warmed up the other two. In all a disappointing visit.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful with our order. Very large and clean inside
Ordered a tuna sub with double meat. They first tried to short me double me and wound up with 1.5 times not 2.0 times the meat. I had a coupon for 6.99 for the sub and with double meat it should have been 9.99 plus tax. I paid almost 12 dollars. Not good business to screw the customer.
