This location had been on the downslide for quite some time. But I'm pleased to report that they now have new management and things are going wonderfully it seems. Destiny & Brandon (the new manager & asst) are both friendly , efficient & polite. The store is very clean now & she even tries to make the subs look like the picture... lol.. try the new pizza seriously.
Placed an order online, they accepted the order, and said it was complete. When we get up there the door is locked. You can see two females walking around ignoring people. They eventually turned the lights off and left…at 5 something in the afternoon!! When the hours clearly state a later time. Worst service ever. We will be contacting corporate.
I went to this restaurant around 4:45 and the service was bad the workers was on the phone in their AirPods in the middle of my service, The atmosphere wasn’t clean like the other workers have it, and they also was rushing the service. The workers looked indian
Need to make enough bread and tea. It's summer time. People are hungry and thirsty--even at 8pm! Hire some additional help. You are wearing out the employees that you have. And clean the bathroom, for heaven's sake.
Placed an order for pick up through the app. Salad had so much dressing that it was like soup, a goury mess. Thank goodness I had greens to add to it at home. It was missing my bacon that I was charged for and the extra cucumber veggies I asked for were nowhere in sight.. $11 for a salad no bigger than my hand is a shame. The sandwich with double meat was missing the double meat and so flat you'd think we had ordered flat bread and had so much salt it had to have the meat wiped with a paper towel to get some off. No silverware no crackers. Won't be back. Update. After adding 2 cups of mixed greens to the salad I still can't eat this. There are spinach leaves that still have pools of dressing.

Before they changed management they were excellent. After the change I've probably been in there a dozen times or more, you're only selection for bread was white or wheat. They were out of a couple of ingredients. They claim that Subway has gotten rid of the oregano. Can't confirm or deny that but the other ones I go to have it. I expect more from them because they have always been excellent. I probably will not be back to that location.
