Arrived early for mobile order and was met with a very rude employee. No one was in the restaurant and she was annoyed I was early. Then I was asked “Do you want the bacon heated up? cuz you didn’t did give any special instructions.” Isn’t the bacon always heated up? As she gave me the subs she said “Here’s your order at 2:41 that’s for 2:45!”

I've given this location so many chances. So many bad experiences and never wrote anything negative. This SubWay location has been terrible for quite some time now. The sandwiches are almost always sloppy and it's evident that some workers there just do not care. They day shift tends to be a bit more on the rude side and dismissive of customers. I finally wrote the review because I ordered a breakfast sandwich and Sprite from them through DoorDash. When the order arrived there was no drink. And the sandwich itself had no cheese on it, rubbery bacon, and a burnt egg. I contacted DoorDash and they called the location about getting the food remade and replacing the missing items. The store took no accountability. They claimed the order was fulfilled correctly. So then all DoorDash had to offer me was $5 in credit for a $13 order. And all we really wanted was the food to be remade and delivered correctly. Again, the location took no responsibility and DoorDash just took their word for it. Terrible service all around. In the photo below, you can clearly see there is no cheese and the egg is scorched. We took the bacon off before the photo and gave it to our dog.

Absolutely the worst Subway I have ever been to in my life my girlfriend and I walked in and the employees were just sitting down sitting down and finally one of the employees told the other one that maybe they should get up and serve us finally when they got up they completely just destroyed the sandwich, last time I checked thats not how you make a sandwich.

Missing plenty of items on my sandwiches ordering online & super slow. I ordered an online order that said it would be ready at a certain time. I showed up at that time and waited another 15-20 minutes inside the store for the food to be made. I get back to eat and both subs were missing cheese, lettuce, barely any meat. Pretty disappointed.

Subway is still subway anywhere you go, but the lady working that day was great to talk to

Tried to get lunch today at 11:15 and they have one worker working with 6 people inline then after waiting 10 mins or so she starts making online orders instead of the customers standing inline. What a bunch of bull.

I went there last night at 8:50 pm. They were closing an hour early. More than half of the lights were off in the dinning room. There were 3 employees. One female employee was making another female employee​ a sandwich. A male employee was slamming containers under the counter in the refrigerator. After the male employee slammed all but one container from the one sandwich station, he then asked me what I wanted. I ordered a simple cold cut combo. I felt like I was being rushed. No care was taken as he made my sandwich the fastest I've ever seen. The customer service was awful. The other female employee behind the counter was on her phone, on FaceTime the entire time even as she rung up my order. They made me feel like I was making them go out of their way to do their job. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable. I was there last week and ordered the same thing. When I walked in, I heard a female yelling very loud. She was engaged in a conversation with a very tall male, who may have been the manager. Another female took my order. She was very nice. She apologized several times for having to ask me again what I'd like on my sandwich because we could not hear each other over the yelling. That was a horrible experience. I was also there quite sometime ago. Two females were discussing the TV show 16 and pregnant the entire time I was there. Only breaking conversation to ask me what would I like next on my sandwich. Then returning to their conversation. That experience felt ridiculous. I was respectful but very disappointed. It doesn't seem that I can get respect or professionalism. They do not seem to appreciate customers. Without customers you have no business. Without business you have no revenue. No revenue, no paycheck. I love Subway sandwiches but I do not think I will be returning anytime soon. If my business is not appreciated, I'll take my business elsewhere. I have read all the other comments on here. It doesn't appear that anyone from Subway is concerned about the bad reviews. Nothing is being done to rectify a customer's bad experience.
