Just had lunch at this location! Elizabeth and Candice were super friendly and accommodating, even made my boyfriend his custom "cowabunga" sub. They kept the shop clean, gave us awesome conversation about their shared love for the ninja turtles while they crafted our lunch, and they had lots of drinks in the fridge ( soda machine is out of order right now).
We ordered four sandwiches and they were careful making them putting on exactly what we wanted as well as putting on the perfect amount of toppings. The veggies all seemed to be fresh, and the sandwiches all tasted great!
The service was a 1 out of 10. They wanted to argue. I ordered a sandwich without bread they made itwith ingredients for a 6 inch. Then wanted to charge 16 bucks for it. We had a coupon and they said you should have ordered it a different way then we would have made it a no bread bowl. Which has more. Um isnt that a salad??? It is nowhere on the menu board. So how would a customer know.
The new guy helping us last night made us good subs ! The other lady went to the back and let him make the subs. There was no line so he was able to take his time, I like that he put the veggies organized so you get it in each bite!. Never had a bad experience at this location yet
He didn't even try folding my sandwich, he cut it in half while it was still open. Wrapped it up. It's so bad I have to eat it with a fork ridiculous I use to work at subway never seen a sandwich like this before. Not going back here. The picture I added is the exact sandwich. He needs to either be put back on training, or someone needs to watch him make sandwiches. He clearly didn't want to be there clearly was rushing it.
This place does not honor the National advertising of Subway. They do not accept the National coupons. They did try to give $1 off of a $8.95 foot long sub.
It was an awkward atmosphere. They had finished up with 2 people ahead. They were doing online orders so we patiently waited. The male makes the sandwiches had sweat coming down his face... Which made me feel uneasy since he was making the food. He seemed stressed as well, dropping a meat container with a customer's order behind us and used the meat out of it after setting it on the line... Might need training on cleanliness and keeping the food clean from any cross contamination. On my sandwich the chicken was falling out and wasn't spread evenly through it. Just looked like it got slapped in the sand which with no thought. I get when you get backed up and busy but... Cleanliness, food preparation, and atmosphere are everything. Sadly we won't be stopping by this subway.
Only 1 person working during lunch time, good food however this location doesn't honor national programs or take the coupons received in local post....
