Love it or hate it. I used to love it back in the day, then didn't like it circa 2014, but it seems like they stepped up the game, if you order the right things. Beware the steak n cheese. Last time I got it, tons of chewy parts. 😠
Did an online order through the app today .They messed up my order tried to called them but the would not answered .They didn't ask me how my order was so I not communicated to them. They kinda just received/took my money and I did not get what I requested I will not order from this location again. Everyone makes mistakes but they do not care about the customer enough to answer the phone or get a way for the customer to respond to them
Hello world, I want to give a shout out to these three young ladies Patasia, Jenna and Makayla they were wonderfully patient with me and my family. We knew subs, but didn't know what we wanted, not even condiments, but toasted. We toasted all bread without the cheese bread toasted with the cheese, meat and confused the staff, but they stayed professional. We didn't know what meat we were going to get they were not like aggravated frustrated we started one told them to stop it start another. They were very respectful they were knowledgeable about what condiments and what may taste better and what we should do with doing footlongs or 6 in. I know it's only food but this really helped tremendously because it was dinner time and we just came from basketball practice so it was like get something quick for the kids so that they can shower and get ready for bed. They ate the subs and the subs was so delicious they said. Thank you so much ladies. I would really love to thank these young ladies because again they were patient with all of us and they got our orders right after we gave them so much wrong LOL and they were courteous so thank you so much for being helpful Subway team members. I hope you all have a beautiful and blessed night. If y'all want friendly service Great customer service wonderful tone speaking people and people that will not get frustrated if you switch your order 10 times come here but make sure those three ladies are working LOL not saying anything wrong with the other stuff I just haven't ran across them yet. 🥰🤩✨💯🎯
Haven't been here in awhile. Wow I really enjoyed it. I ate healthy and felt i treated myself. Well worth the money. And DELICIOUS
My boyfriend and I ordered here yesterday and we both have stomach aches and are tossing up their chicken today. We ended up throwing out half our dinner as we were eating it because our stomachs were twisting by the first 30 minutes. DO NOT EAT HERE. They either are using old food or filthy. Waste of money, needs a health inspector to go in because this is the 3rd time that I or my friends have gotten sick.
I got a sub and it was turkey. I usually get everything on it. It was light and it tasted like it was just bread. It wasn't enough turkey and it was trash. Mad that the one on warden closed
Hit or miss, I order online asked for shredded mozz and got the Monterey on my chicken, if you weren’t sure why didn’t you just stick to the provolone or call and ask . I eat subway almost every week and it sucks that locations are limited and on top of it have to hope you get decent costumer service. Stop rushing that bread is delicate to be slamming it around it shouldn’t be ripping and if toasted make sure it’s toasted fully (and cut properly).
