I was the only one in line, but still felt rushed when placing my order. The staff was "friendly", but rushed to get me through. My order was not correct even though I verbally told them what I wanted on my order. It was the small details. I ordered pickles, and received none. I ordered garlic aoli sauce and received none. My wrap was more like a ball. I will think again before visiting again.

The people were nice, but the sandwich literally made me sick. The bread was stale to boot.

Our daughter likes subway otherwise we would not go because of the service issues.

We moved to Charles City a year ago and have been to this Subway several times. The employees obviously hate their job, the subs are made very sloppy. There seems to be quite a turnover of employees. Very poorly managed. This is the worse Subway I have ever went to.

Just wanted to compliment one of the workers at this location, Liz! She is so sweet everytime I come in and tonight was very efficient all while helping out a new coworker learn along the way. Thank you, Liz. You rock! :)

Last night was the worse case of customer service ever! 3 girls working..the first 2 were great the cashier was awful. Rude. I had a few coupons if buy a sub you'd get free chips or drink or a cookie. Katie was her name snatched them out of my hands then threw 1 back n said she could only use 2 of them one per footlong id baught 3 all of my coupons should have worked. Then I asked for my cookies id ordered very rudely said uh no ill keep them they are going in the other bag..I was snunned by such awful customer service awful. My grandson is 7 and he cried as he assumed he was getting the free small drink he even said how rude the girl was I had to apologize to him. If you hate your job so much and it very much showed last night, why are you in Customer service. My son never says anything of anyone's service he sure did last night. I don't know if it's the young girls or second shift but I or we were just snunned with katie and her non professional behavior. We weren't rude to her. Makes our business feel non important. Very disappointed maybe the management team should check in with the girls or 2nd shift..fyi one night we were told no bread but the girls were happy to be closing early no signs no nothing waited took our order and then said no bread smh!! Plus the bread was burned!! And very rubbery couldn't eat the other half of the sub just the vegetables and little tiny amount of meat with a fork. Maybe I just need to call to see who is working and that's not fair to me for being a paying customer. I've never had any issues with subway til last night. It's always clean good service and nice customer service friendly. Very disappointed last night!!!I'm not trying to discourage anyone to not go to subway, it's just my experience last night, it'll be a while before I mite go back, one person will make the whole shift and crew and management team look bad, for this it's sad. I don't usually post bad reviews but this girl needs a reality check on customer service, or if she hates her job so bad, apply outside of customer service. To the management team, the girl who braught this to your attention, I'm not posting personal information, she knows how to reach me. Thank you management team for addressing the issue.

I am sorry. This is a pretty biased view. I just am not a Subway fan. What you get just doesn't seem worth the price imo.

Overall I have always been pleased with the quality of the food and restaurant. My one big issue, which has occurred 3 times now, is the way online orders are handled. Specifically when I am an in house customer with my family, my order has begun, and suddenly I'm told to wait (with my excited kids wanting their food) while an online order takes precedence right in the middle of my order. While it generally gets done fairly fast, I find it rather rude and pretty much just tells me my business is less important. Online customers place their order knowing it will take a few minutes, so why does taking 2 minutes to finish the order I'm already placing get pushed aside? Definitely don't feel like a valued customer.
